Friendly and helpful staff, a nice pool, a well-equipped gym, and a breakfast buffet with plenty of options. The building also has a 7-Eleven, Starbucks, a pizza, and other convenient shops and services, making the stay even more comfortable

Location was good. Well our 1st room that was provided to us smelled like cigarettes. Disgusting! They offered us other rooms and it was the same thing. Also they do not offer YouTube TV so you are stuck with channels you don’t understand. If you ask they give you an adapter for you to connect that does not work even after you call up for maintenance.??‍♀️

Very happy and always ready at the table. Also reception staff. Let down by lift that kept missing floor 26 . Changing it's mind going and down 3 times a day .. I was stuck in it for 33 level's 2 time's

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, especially because of the hotel's fantastic location. It is only a few minutes' walk from the BTS, making it easy to get around Bangkok. Having a 7-Eleven, Starbucks, and a small food court right downstairs was incredibly convenient. The hotel is located in Ari, and I was able to explore its artistic vibe, great cafés, unique shops, and local markets. I loved being able to explore so much on foot. As a solo traveler, I felt very safe and comfortable throughout my stay. The staff were exceptional—friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. Customer service was consistently excellent, and both check-in and check-out were quick and seamless. The breakfast offered a good variety of options, and while I'm personally a picky eater, I especially enjoyed the beautiful views from the patio seating area. Overall, the location, neighborhood, and outstanding staff were the highlights of my stay. While I enjoyed many aspects of my stay, there were a few areas that could use improvement. The room I stayed in felt somewhat unfinished compared to the rest of the property. There were signs of ongoing work, including spots on the ceiling that appeared to have leaked previously, areas around fixtures and wall décor that looked incomplete, and visible paint touch-ups throughout the room. The laundry facilities were located on the top floor in an open-air space. After rainfall, guests had to walk through puddles to access the area. There was also scaffolding nearby, which contributed to the feeling that portions of the hotel were still under construction or renovation. Housekeeping was very good and kept the room clean, but the bathroom trash can had a noticeable cigarette odor despite me being a non-smoker. Overall, the hotel has many strengths, particularly its location and staff, but some room maintenance and finishing touches would greatly enhance the guest experience.

great service by all staff at all contact points. breakfast had a wide spread. staff was well attentive However rooms are quite outdate, tables, floor etc. Needs refurbishing. Some towels looked old and grey. The bedsheet didnt go all the way to the end of bed, so it kept coming off.

Everything was wonderful. We especially liked having a washer in our room. It came in very handy with it being our second week of travel. The breakfast was good but I would have liked to see more variety in the cheese and breads offered. Our air conditioning ran all the time. If we turned it off it became stuffy so we left it on. But the room became very cold. We would have like to put it on auto but there was a note not to do this.

The property felt a little outdated. The bed was low and kind of hard. Didn't like how the shower was exposed. My floor was soaked every time I had to take a ahower. It wasn't a bad stay at all, but I wouldn't return.

Almost everything The bathroom is to dark in the morning for shaving. And the one small light bulb was burned out.

The property was clean, the staff were great and breakfast was amazing The elevators, one wasn’t working so it took a while to get to and from the rooms.

the city views, the staff is very helpful and friendly at all times the elevators are frustrating, if someone presses a wrong button on the floor or in the elevator there is no option to unpress so they are often slow and full, stopping from 3 times during your ride at every floor so you think twice before going to any facility, and if you forget something in your room self service laundry was hard to figure out and the regular laundry is 3 days so i had to find out a laundry near the hotel which again is wasting even more time and more elevators wifi was constantly switching off which again was pretty frustrating some minor cons were that there are some ants in the bathroom, the showerhead is leaking a bit it’s also quite packed and it’s noisier crowds, some people in pool attire going out to nearby shops which looks weird as there is an office next door

The hotel is really great! The breakfast is full of different options and very tasty! Apart from that, there is a pool on the top floor which is a great way to relax after a full day of walking under the Bangkok heat. We truly enjoyed our stay in this place for our first visit to Bangkok! Nothing.

The room was well organized and even had a washer and a stove which I did not expect. Large bathroom, comfy sheets and big windows and a porch overlooking Bangkok skyline. The infinity pool on the 33rd floor is incredible!, and the gym overlooking the city is great. The staff is friendly and casual, unlike other hotels that are a bit too stiff for my taste. Breakfast and many healthy options and a wide variety. The space was open, inviting and airy. Wait time for elevator was a bit long but really that is a very picky and unimportant thing to mention.

The elevators are slow and one was down when I visited.

Too big street and nothing much to do around the hotel

The room was impeccably clean, the view - being at a very high floor - was absolutely amazing. The breakfast was plentiful and varied and very generous. The infinity-pool on the (almost) top-floor - was well kept and also afforded an broad amazing view of the Bangkok skyline. The reception-service people were kind smiling, helpful and efficient. Having said that - my impression is that previous reviews of this hotel may have over-rated it - creating expectations not easily met. The room is essentially a standard (even slightly small) business-hotel room. It met expectations but did not exceed them. In a country like Thailand and a city like Bangkok where hotel-rooms are often way bigger and offering unique thai surprises that have dazzled us so often in the past - this place was "good" - but it did not dazzle. I do not want to appear un-appreciative. The hotel is a good one in all aspects. Additionally - they did show a humane side when we were forced to cancel some of the nights reserved at the hotel due to flight-changes. The hotel staff was very forthcoming and - beyond any legal obligation - they were willing forgo payment and to cancel the remaining nights. The rooms are all situated on the top floors of the building but it appears that the elevators just barely are able to handle the load. Had we ever been in a rush - this situation might have been disconcerting. The Laundry is also a sore point. The hotel offers self-service laundry machines on the top floor of the hotel above the pool - but it is outdoors (so in the crazy heat of Bangkok). The machine-functionality not easily explained or understood (but you will get good explanations from the receptionists if you ask - including how many coins you will need etc). In any other country this would have been the acceptable process. but - Again - in such a welcoming country like Thailand - where full laundry-service including fetching, washing ironing and delivering- is so readily available (and quite inexpensive) I'm not sure why the hotel would not be able to mediate such an additional service.
