Pool area. Gym equipment and boxing rooms. Hair salon. Restaurants in building. Vending machines selection. View of city for sunset/sunrise. Comfortable bed. Not much noise heard with busy highway. Close walking to grocery, street benders, night market, canal boat, temples. Addressed the non-working microwave, and was not resolved. Colds showers.

A staff threw away my used clothes that I put in my personal laundry bag. Once the maid supervisor returned my clothes to me, she didn't say apologize at all. She asked me and made me feel like I was wrong to put my laundry bag on the floor. The services were unacceptable and unprofessional at all. Also, I found rubbish next to my bed. My room wasn't clean since the first day I check in.

Location

The staff are friendly and welcoming, and the room is very clean and much bigger than I expected. The service and cleaning are outstanding; truly impressive. The location is a bit far from the main attraction areas, but you can easily reach anywhere using Grab or Bolt. The train station is next to the hotel, although I didn’t try it.

The amenities were new and everything was clean. It’s a high rise so some nice views The location is very hard to get to from the core Bangkok by taxis. Except atleast 30 mins wait and also 1 hour minimum commute via taxis (grab or bolt) to the core sights.

Breakfast was a little boring but still good.

It seems new, I like the room, bed and breakfast and the pool on the rooftop. Location, far from tourist spots. Looks like are is residential area

Beautiful clean hotel Stayed there twice. Both times there was no hot water. Check out was from 12 to 1. Called for an extension and was told to check out at 1230. ?

Worse Hotel ever stayed at. I emailed them several times to ask for airport shuttle, but they ignored and never replied. Reception could not find my booking even though we paid in full in advance...and for 2 rooms !...ended up wasting valuable time at check in. Area around is a SLUM ! We saw 2 of the largest rats of our lives while walking outside the hotel to the nearest shopping center for dinner. The area is really bad. Don't venture outside if not using a renowned taxi service! At check out, we had huge drama as reception would not allow us to use credit card to book taxis as grab service was too far and we needed larger cars. Reception wouldn't even let us have cash out on our bill through credit card. They wouldn't even let us exchange currency at their desk to be able to use a taxi. Even though they advertised the taxi service in their desk they still wanted cash only. We ended up using a separate taxi service inside the hotel at about twice the rate as they were the only service accepting foreign cash. Breakfast was acceptable, but fact that the dining area was overlooking the slums, made any appetite hard to swallow:-(. Overall, a VERY disappointing and depressing experience. Management performed awfully by not responding to our queries and refusing to accommodate us on our ride back to the hotel. I would STRONGLY advise against taking this hotel, even if the rates are advantageous.....bear in mind a taxi ride to the Siam area downtown is about a 1hr ride with all the traffic. Good location, but the cleanliness have to be adjusted. There are much dust around the corner and head beds. Should provide the partition separate wet and dry zone. When taking a shower, splash around all area.

The rooftop pool was perfect with a lovely view of the city, staff was very friendly and helpful.

The property is new and well-maintained. The twin room offers ample space and features a smart TV for added convenience. Located approximately a 30-minute walk from Rajamangala National Stadium, it’s a practical choice for event-goers. On-site parking is available for guests traveling by car. Wifi is quiet slow

Close to Rajamangala stadium. Good for concerts. Nothing.

The hotel is new and fresh. Staffs are helpful. Location is perfect for everyone goes to Rajamangala National Stadium for concert. Close to Big C and a lot of food stalls on close to the hotel. Very good experience there. The smell isn’t good in the toilet, it’s stinky.

Coffee served at breakfast was instant coffee, I wish there was at least filtered coffee.
