- Very good location right at Phrom Phong, lots of cafes, malls, BTS - Feels safe with security door at night that needs a keycard to even get into the lobby - Staff was friendly and helpful whatever we asked - Clean All in all good hotel but arbitrary rules about people coming in are quite annoying. 3 friends came by to change to go out for Songkran together, staff immediately said "no!!! Only 2 people!!! Only 2!!" I explained they don't stay and we're out in 10 minutes but didn't matter "no!! Max 5 min, I count!!" Other time 2 friends came by to pick up some souvenirs. Wouldn't even take 5 min, just in and out but staff again "no!! Only 2 people!!" Followed by threats to charge us 500 baht extra. Other time we came back with 6-7 people, each of us had our own rooms so we we're all staying there and again staff started with their "no!!!!!!" when we wanted to take the elevator. We had to explain that we all have our own rooms and even showed our cards, and still we were questioned. This happened twice. The constant argue when coming back about this rule is frustrating. I never in any stay had this happen, no matter how expensive or cheap the hotel. I get it if people would stay, but this isn't that. Other than that, saw lots of small bugs that could be ants, I’m not sure.

The staff were really friendly and welcoming, and the facilities were clean. could get a bit noisy at night due to nearby bars, which might be a bit of a disturbance if you're looking for a quiet night. Overall, a good stay, but keep in mind the noise factor if you're a light sleeper.

Thanks to the cleaning stuff, the room was always clean. The air conditioner did not have dry function, and it felt like the humidity in the room was always quite high. The TV did not work the first 4days. The stuff was not really friendly. It could be Thai thing, but did not really feel welcomed.

Location is near a train/bus station, just a block away from the main road. Room kept clean everyday. Elevator is working. with front desk assistance 24/7. with free light breakfast. Beds are comfy. Lobby is comfy as well while waiting for your grab pick up. AC working well. The room is generally silent, except for the store/spa in front of the hotel which sometimes is being noisy even at around 1-2AM, so if you're room is in that side and you'll a light sleeper then you most likely will be awaken by the noise. Although the room is being kept clean everyday, the dental kit was not replenished. They only gave 1 small toothpaste eventhough we stayed for 4 nights, glad that we brought our own toothpaste.
