The location is great , easy to move around. Many nice restaurant , a small mall right opposite the hotel. Massage place. The noise from the road can be a bit loud during rush hour.

A reasonable price for a reasonable facility on a reasonable location. Staff were accommodating. Toilet leaked from the base (wax ring) onto the surrounding tile, creating a puddle where the shower glass prevented it from draining further. The A/C unit dripped onto the floor below during the night, creating another puddle.

Lots of notices of what not to do. My son said it was like being in school with a strict teacher. I understand though. It's hard to manage tourists so displaying things clearly is necessary.

Closed to everything you need. Food, convenience stores, pharmacy. House keeper should clean under the bed too.

The room was a good size, bed was good, bathroom was good too. There was a smell in the bathroom probably coming from the piping. The lobby was not like the picture online, the table were not the same, they were way older and not as nice as the pic.

The lift is up to 5th floor only. Our room is at the 6th floor so we have to take the stairs to our floor. The TV would be nice if it was connected to the internet so we can watch netflix or youtube as some of the channel has thai channels only and without english subtitles.

Good location, many places to eat close to the hotel. If your room is facing the road, can be a little bit noisy.

Very good size room, clean, 2 bottles of water each day. Location isn't bad. It's not right in the middle of everything but not too far out of the way. Getting Grabs around is easy and cheap. Also close to a MRT station of you wanna use public transport. The women who runs it is nice and helpful if anything is needed. The building is very secure as well. After 8pm (I think I remember that right) the staff are gone for the night and you need the key card to access the building. And you have like a normal hotel room key to get into the room. The air con in the room was okay, didn't seem to work as well as it should've. There are a lot of little flies in the room, got a few bites. Shower doesn't get much hot water, if any at all. But don't really need it with Bangkok heat. Their page on here says they have a laundry service but they don't. There is a popular chain laundry mat very close by though - Otteri. Just a few minutes walk.

Got room with no window despite there was no such info on booking. When asked for change we had to pay much more
