Only one young woman at the reception was polite, friendly, and always willing to help. She smiled, greeted guests properly, and made you feel welcome. Unfortunately, the rest of the reception staff were the complete opposite—unfriendly, cold, and didn’t even bother to say “good morning” or “thank you.” It felt like they didn’t want to help or even acknowledge you, which made the whole experience uncomfortable. Also, the hotel is under construction right now, and the noise can get really annoying—especially in the mornings when they start working early. It makes it hard to rest. Lastly, the Wi-Fi connection is poor. It glitches often and isn’t reliable, especially if you need to work or stream anything.

24/7 reception desk was very helpful and the easiness with which they changed my room when I requested it because of the drainage smell. I like the place in general. The room was a bit odd with another room sized space above with curtains that you couldn’t open. Looked like they united two levels in one and left the opening on top. At first I got a smelly room, from the drainage system, but I was too tired to go ask for a different room. I wish they would somehow fix that.
