Best Western Click Sathorn 11 Bangkok

- Staffs are very supportive and friendly. They're always eager to support our group (whether day or night shift), even for something that is not relevant to the hotel part. Just like our friends ? - Room are super clean, comfortable. Nice rooftop as well. - Location is convenient, only a few minutes walk to the BTS, or you can catch Tuk Tuk or taxi - fairly close to Siam Paragon, ICONSIAM, wats, Asiatique, river, etc. Highlight recommend Neilson Hay Lib, a hidden lib ? Also close to super reasonable and local restaurant or street food stall. Definitely try the moo ping in front of the nearby 7Eleven. - Great breakfast - a good start to a fun day. All to all, we go in the family group of 2 kids, all feel pleasant and happy ? I don't think I have anything to criticise. The only small thing, but not really a the quality but maybe local design of the bathroom, which would be nicer to have a closeable door inside the bedroom so the floor can be kept not too wet after a shower. But this is only a minor thing, and the floor become dried shortly after.

Exceptional stay – truly an underrated hidden gem I recently stayed at Best Western Click Sathorn 11 while traveling from South Africa on a business trip, and I must say this hotel is completely underrated. It is a true hidden gem and has exceeded all my expectations – they have definitely gained a returning customer. The facilities are neat, clean, and very well maintained. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. The WiFi connectivity is excellent, with more than enough bandwidth to comfortably support guests working or streaming simultaneously. The rooftop pool area is another highlight, offering a great city view and a perfect space to unwind after work. What truly stands out, however, is the staff. They are extremely humble, attentive, and genuinely customer-centric. The team consistently checked in to ensure I was comfortable and went out of their way to make sure my stay was smooth and completely hassle-free. Overall, a fantastic experience and highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers. Opportunities for improvement As a vegetarian, I found the available meal options somewhat limited. While I understand and appreciate the diversity in cuisine and local offerings, it would be great if the restaurant could expand its menu to include a few more vegetarian-friendly and Western-style choices. Having a broader selection would not only enhance convenience for guests but also reduce the need to travel for meals. This would be especially helpful for first-time international travelers, providing a greater sense of familiarity and comfort when dining at the hotel.

Clean rooms.Near to bts Station. Two 7 eleven very nearby. Quite and calm peaceful area. Also nearby to main road. Very friendly staff. Allowed to keep luggage after checkout and permitted to use washrooms and pool. They also decorated our room for wedding anniversary and provided complimentary pastry. No concierge services to book attractions. Small pool. No balcony.

• Great location with two BTS stations nearby • Super friendly staff • Bidet available in the toilet • The street gets very busy and congested during certain hours since it’s near a school area • There was a bad smell, possibly sewage, in the reception area that was sometimes overwhelming • The bed wasn’t comfortable at all • There was very loud music on our first night

Notified hotel that due to our flight we wouldn't arrive to hotel until around 3AM, upon arriving to hotel in the very early hours the front staff greeted by name and expected us and helped us to our room. Room cleaned everyday, fresh towels daily, fresh bottles of water every day in room. Comfortable room with everything modern. Though hotel restaurant has an incredibly large number of foods on their menu, prices are so much more than what you can get right outside the door of the hotel from the many close by shops and street venders.

Everything. I stayed there many times already. It's my favorite hotel in Bangkok so far and the staff is super helpful and nice! Nothing to say here

Easy walk to train station The pool area wasn’t comfortable, need umbrellas

Location was great! Staff was helpful and accommodation clean and comfortable ( no view but no need, only slept there) rooftop pool was private and refreshing! One block from skyrail. Adequate breakfast! Would stay here again! Nothing except no hair conditioner. My hair was wild lol

Not a lot to do in immediate area. I googled and found a nice night market about 25min walk away.

Great Location: 3-5 mins walk to bts Saint Louis. Great Staff: so nice! Breakfast: made-by-order omelette is so tasty! Oak milk is good as well. I can tell Best Western is improving their breakfast quality and variety; which is great. Facility: room is very clean without smoke scent. Water pressure is strong even in 6th floor. Beds are comfortably soft with support; we sleep well every night. Occasionally sewer smell shows in bathroom. Can’t blame the property owner for which they did their best.

Clean, breakfast was excellent with several western and Thai items to choose from, great coffee machine, fresh fruit juice, friendly front desk and breakfast staff, staff went above and beyond to help with your stay, train station close by, nice area N/a
