Staff is good in terms of promptness and trustworthy. Had a smooth check in. We had booked 2 rooms for 3 nights and each room had some problem or the other. - hotel room on the first night didnt have a working lock. We had to use a string attached to the inside door handle.As long as we were in a room it was safe but if we had to go out the string had to be pulled to the outside from below the door. - second night we got another room but it wasn't all that better. The AC used to reduce temperature on its own and the some lights didnt work. - Ac in all rooms was really dirty and required full maintainence.

Breakfast & The pleasure Staff Since the Hotel was closed for 2 years the electronic system of the hotel was conked off due to which keycards were basically non-functional and had to be opened by the reception staff with the master every time you closed the room which in return kind of invaded your privacy.

Staff's behavior. Owner's behavior was the worst. No Wi-Fi in the room. Last two days, air-conditioner was not working at all. No microwave facility in the room. Owner misbehaved with us while warming the food from dining.

This hotel is a scam. When I arrived they said air con is broken and told me they will give me a fan instead and said nothing can be done. There were many guests in the same situation as me when I arrived. They told me to go to other hotels instead. I asked for refund and they said they will give. But now booking.com said the hotel will not give any refund. This is such a scam. Do not stay here. This hotel has changed owner and now it is a scam! Terrible service! I paid for air con room and they want to give me a fan instead!! This hotel should be banned from the website! This hotel is a scam.
