Very clean. Great location for hospital appointments. Solid breakfast. Nice, clean pool. Helpful staff. Loved the pillows. No pool towels. No towels or equipment sanitizer wipes in the fitness room.

Excellent location near hospital. Shuttle is very much appreciated. The staff are lovely and helpful. The room was spacious and well laid out. The kitchen was decently equipped but it lacked dish soap, kitchen towel, etc. Not a big problem but a minor frustration.

Spacious rooms and near to the hospital, free shuttle service to and from there as well , staff are very helpful and courteous wifi isnt stable especially during rainy times, breakfast is good but they are serving the same food, not much to choose from

Overall, an excellent place to stay. The staff was always polite and helpful. The breakfast was very decent -- small but adequate. They changed the menu everyday, and everything was Halal. The restaurant itself is spacious, clean, and well lit, right next to the gym and some common areas where you can sit and work. The pool was also excellent, spans the entire roof of the main building. Almost always empty. Reception had a small store with water, snacks etc. They have a coin-operated washer/dryer on the ground floor -- roughly 100 THB for a wash/dry cycle. The location is excellent if you need to be near Bangkok Hospital (3 minutes on foot to the main building). Otherwise it might be a little out of the way from tourist attractions. The nearest mall is Rama 9. Some of the corridors and the elevators didn't have any fans or air conditioning, and can get extremely hot and humid.

adjacent to Bangkok Hospital which is 3 minutes walk or less by free on site buggy/golf cart service. Large size bedroom, good facilities and very clean.

Friendly Staff, close to hospital, tuktuk service, cleaners doing the job properly, breakfast was not bad Maybe a small stove on the room would have helped a bit.

Amazing room, that is quiet, comfortable and suited to longer term stays. Great WiFi connection. Staff are super kind too. Great place to recover after surgery before going home. Amenities like microwave and big fridge in the room, and the access to washing machine and dryer in the hotel. The fact room lacked a toaster and a tray. The choice of TV channels was good but not great.
