Maitria Hotel Rama 9 Bangkok

Maitra Hotel was an amazing experience, the staff are EXCEPTIONAL! The room was beautiful with a very comfortable bed. The breakfast buffet was incredible and had so many options! Would HIGHLY recomment.

Great If the two bedrooms are near to the pool area ?

Staff were really helpful, everyone was very friendly, especially the guy that helps with luggage that was located near elevator and entrance, he helped a lot. Breakfast was not really great. Tea selection was bad, there wasn’t a really good variety of hot dishes. The room had a residual cigarette smell and toilet had a specific odour that I don’t really want to describe

The staff are very polite and welcoming. They greet guests warmly whenever they meet them, which creates a very pleasant atmosphere throughout the stay. They are truly excellent people, and their kindness and professionalism made a strong impression on me. Thank you to the whole team — I really appreciated your hospitality.

The amazing breakfast. The location was very far from the action in the city.

The breakfast was INCREDIBLE. The staff truly exceptional, always helping with the biggest smile and just seemed to happy to see us everytime. We truly loved our stay at Maitria. Location isnt the most ideal but once we discovered how fun the bolt scoot rides were, we were just scooting everywhere You cant really walk anywhere, its next to a busy highway

Room design, staff hospitality, cleanliness, swimming pool, proximity to convenience store and coin laundry. We wished to stay there for at least 1 more night but unfortunately we had a flight to catch. Nothing

Nice and clean room, very friendly staff, my daughter loved the big pool Not a lot of sound proofing between walls/floors. Could hear everything when people walking down the hallway, baby crying in room above us.

It came as advertised, the staff were kind and helpful. No inconvenience whatsoever

It was one of my best stay in Bangkok ever! The location, service, comfort and quality, everything was just perfect. It is very short distance from various city center locations. NA

Spacious room, very clean, the hotel is in a quiet area, our daughter loved to spend time in the swimming pool, the breakfast is very good and the restaurant offers very nice food. All the staff is super nice and professional. We really enjoyed our stay here.

The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable, and that shower felt like a luxurious rain shower! There was plenty of space to store the luggage, and hang clothes. There are several restaurants within walking distance. The breakfast was fine, it had a lot of variety. Our grab had no issue finding the place. It's not close to public transport, but that's not something the hotel can do something about. The breakfast was good, it had plenty of options, but the fruit selection wasn't very nice, and the pastries felt a bit old (as in, they were not crispy anymore). But those are minor things, we were pretty happy with our stay!

Just the location from the city center you had to take a taxi because the metro or train were too far from the hotel.

Everything. The staff is the best part. Super polite, super helpful. There are 7/11 nearby that you can walk to, an atm and a laundromat. Grab fetches you directly from the entrance lobby with no issues. Nothing. Everything was perfect if I ever come back to Bangkok I am definitely booking with them again.
