Very impressed, for the cost of this place I would be coming back as well as its location is perfect right in the middle of downtown . i’ve stayed at many hotels in this area and this one is great. nice pool and everything about it was fine. Just that musty smell that you get in the tropics when you enter an old building by, it is eliminated in the rest of the building. Nicely made restoration of an oldish hotel.

The shower is not working, as the water is a bit cold. When I rang the reception, they told me to run the water for five minutes. The idea is a bit wasteful, and the water is still cold. Maybe the hotel is full, and the hot water has been used up. Even the swimming pool water is cold.

Great location. The staff were kind enough to bring my Grab orders to my room. I was able to have a late checkout and stay an extra night for fairly cheap. I got a good last minute deal on the room overall based on what I needed and where I need to be. I felt safe as a solo female. Had an air conditioner that I could control. The beds are terrible. I cannot overstate this enough. Imagine laying on a piece of cardboard that covers your kitchen countertop. That’s how rock hard the beds are. It’s horrendous. I ended up getting a massage my last night (this place called Dream House… whoaaaa.. amazing), and only after that did I have one nights sleep. Also the shower doesn’t always get hot, just warm. But this morning it didn’t even get warm. And it’s not a real shower, it’s just a narrow half pane of glass separating the shower area so it gets cold. Also, even though I upgraded to a deluxe or supreme room, my view was blocked by a giant concrete wall of the neighboring building that covered the entire window area. Very little natural light. So I recommend asking what the view is for your specific room.

The room was nice. Clean, full of necessary resources and well-maintained. Breakfast (if included in your booking) had Thai, indian and western options which was great. Overall nice stay.

The room was comfortable and the staff was friendly. I would have liked to know ahead of time that the breakfast was at the attached Indian restaurant. They also had British options, but unfortunately not done well (ie cold beans, no tea other than Indian tea.)

It's right across the road from a big Shopping Mall (emsphere) with food court and coffeeshop. Metro and everything else is walking distance. It's a quiet and easy for the taxi to reach The hotel is a bit dated and the breakfast is not worth your time. The food in Bangkok is amazing but this is just average. No view from the room
