Location we booked a room for two people, with three beds. When we arrived at the hotel, it turned out that the room we had booked was no longer available. The lady from the reception told us that she could give us another room which was much worse than the one we booked. She was very rude. She resented us for not arriving earlier and that she couldn't give us the room we booked. We took a worse room, the price was the same... I don't understand it. How can she rent a room that someone else has already booked? The service at the hotel was very rude and unfriendly. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom. In our room the wifi didn't work at all. While in thailand we slept in many hostels and this one was by far the worst. I do not recommend.

very near to MRT and ฺBTS station, hostel close to Terminal 21. The staff is friendly and helpful. Toilet is not that clean but acceptable.

Location (right next to a mrt and skytrain stations), price was affordable Staff was mostly indifferent/aloof and sometimes outright rude. Facilities were rudimentary, some toilets didn't have toilet paper in them for days, some windows lacked curtains (so for instance when you were going to the shower, you were in full unblockable view of the people in the building next door), place had ants inside, toilets doubled as the shower rooms and they were very small and cramped plus there was no way of drying the floor after showering, so you got your feet wet when going to the toilet the next time, beds were like concrete blocks (this is common in asia, though this place had especially hard mattresses), a lot of the things felt cheap, etc. It really wasn't that nice of a place to stay.

the location was not that bad... although you first think you visit a cannabis shop... and that right. In the front there is a cannabis shop... everything was disappointing. the guy at the reception don't know the word hospitality or he shows not to know the meaning. He do the "check in" as soon as possible, to go on on his foon with a very important videogame.... so he did not tell me the toilet in the common room on the ground floor is not for guests. I found out when i use this wc and an unfriendly lady shouted to me 'this is only for staff". No sign that say so, no staff that told me. There is no lift, so if you like to climb stairs, have fun. You also have to use the stairs when you are looking for wc / toilet WITH toiletpaper, quit handy for a big visit, we call it in The Netherlands. Three toilets have NO paper... see the pictures. Only wc have paper... The beds are made steel and makes a lot of noise when you or your neighbour climbs in, turn, move... anyway, every move wakes you up. At last the price is high, 400 per bed. Six beds.... 2400 per room, that is more than Hilton..only the service and quality is far from that level.

Fabulous central location in Bangkoks Sukhumvit Road area. 3min walk from the sky train and BTS Asok Station and 5 mins to Sukhumvit Underground station. Right near Arcade 21 Shopping centre. This is a nice area of Bangkok with lots of famous luxury hotels and rooftop bars with views of the area. Pretty much equidistant to the infamous party bar areas with girlies bars of Soi Cowboy and Nana Plaza. The road of Nana closer to BTS Nana have so very nice bars and cocktail areas and exclusive nightclubs with are European city prices. The hostel rooms and bathrooms were super clean. Thanks in most part to an extremely dedicated young lady work perhaps the daughter of the manager. Beds were comfortable and good size for singles. A/C worked well. Showers had hot water. And you get a free towel to use - a nice touch for a hostel. I stayed in a 6 bunk room. Few other guest but pretty quiet and very little city noise can be heard. Pretty decent but could be a lot better with small adjustments. Firstly, despite emailing and communicating in advance and as I travelled. I missed my first night of 4 due to a huge delay by the airline used going London to Bangkok meant I missed a connection and spent a day and night waiting for a new flight in the middle east. There was very little reply to my communications from the hostel so wasn't sure what to expect until I arrived. On arrival it was very clear the managers English is very basic and she had not understood anything I had messaged. Still charging me the full 4 days. And put into a separate room with no curtain on windows. As my bed had been sold to someone else. Understood this and no worries. But the English barrier should be improved. Other real complaints were. Never any toilet paper in the communal areas and the hostel wasn't that busy. No curtain on the beds. Really little privacy. This is easy to fix. My dorm did have curtains on Window there. The stairs are an issue for anyone with mobility issues. There are fairly narrow and they are uneven in height with big variations on a few so super easy to trip or have an accident if not giving them your full attention. I appreciate that 90% of the process is all about the superb location but we'll they could offer more for the money. Paying by card would be good too but not available. Having said this I would still go back if the English of the staff improved.
