The friendliest staff... made you feel so welcome. Clean and room came with a very nice breakfast. Very close to Bumrungrad hospital.

It is near the BTS and very accessible to all locations. No swimming pool but it is still good.

The room are a little bit smaller and water pressure for shower a barely to existent and also there were no hot water and wash clothes for shower. You have to flush the toilet more than ounce. They advertised a king size mattress but i given only two full beds. I rented two room for me and my family. i have to asked for extra tower in my daughters rom. This not definitely a 4-star hotel. The breakfast was really good for the price.

Excellent view from my room, comfy bed, very clean, excellent staff (Brem outstanding and very helpful),TV, safe, balcony all make stay comfy. Warm ish water in shower would prefer hot water, no real restaurant to walk into, wider variety of food longer opening hours

Didn't like about this property There are no essentials like dishes, plates, or microwave, and cutlery is not provided. There's no room service for tidying up, and they charge extra for used towels without replacing anything.

Only the location The Hotel is very basic . They even don’t have laundry. Food is crap. Service is very poor No communications skill at all

It was a comfortable room with easy access to the Hospital for people coming in for procedures or medical care. It was quiet, comfortable, and easy to get to other parts of the city. It is not far from the sky train and easy to reach by tuk-tuk or taxi. The concierge (especially Berne) was very helpful and kind. He went out of his way to help me. The coffee shop was good with friendly staff.
