The rooms are quite spacious and clean, even though the decor was old There were 2 main problems with this hotel. As a tourist, you want to be near the main street (Sukhumvit), a BTS line (the metro service), Terminal 21 (shopping) or Soi Cowboy (girlie bars). This hotel is a good 10-15 minute walk from any of those. Sure, you can get a tuk-tuk or taxi, but you'd be better off just finding a hotel closer to the main attractions. The 2nd problem is that the main receptionist speaks very poor English and trying to ask questions / make requests may require mime, drawings, or beating your head against a wall. All very frustrating.

The staff in this hotel are so friendly and hospitable, they made us feel really welcome. Super clean rooms, comfy beds and lots of amenities. 24/7 reception so felt very secure.

The twin bedroom with semi-double beds. Spacious enough to open two suitcases easily. Staff were always nice. They gave us 2 bottles of water per day. AC functioning well. The location might be a bit far away from the main attraction of the city. It took for about 1 hour to get to The Grand Palace. We stayed here because of my boyfriend's business.

Had a great stay at the August Residence last week. The room was very quiet and extremely clean. The neighborhood has some fantastic restaurants . The location is very convenient, walking distance from Asok and Phrom Phong BTS station. Overall very happy with the owner and the staff especially Apple and Vee. I will definitely stay here again in the future. Namaste. Khop Khun ka !! Nothing. Everything is excellent.

Perfect little quiet hotel tucked away from the main street & walking distance from bars and restaurants..very friendly staff and parking is available too. Clean rooms, comfortable bed & spacious rooms...will definitely come back when I bangkok. Nothing to dislike at all.
