A great hotel full of surprises

Driver Sam cum luggage helper is fantastic, super friendly with guests and children. Check-in experience was not good. We were so tired after flight and transportation. Arrived past check-in time 30 min., the lady at reception still asked us to wait just because the room we booked wasn't ready yet. What an experience! Until we agreed to pick another bed type room then it's time to check-in after the talk 10 min. Towels need to change. Having some brown trails on them. Pool should limit the bleach.

This hotel was lovely. Very clean, friendly staff, very organized. They made airport pick up very easy… even included a map. I have no complaints other than wish there was a river taxi service. They have a dock set up for one. Would have been convenient, but didn’t affect the experience.

A little hard for taxis to find but that seems to be more of a Bolt app issue.

Beautiful hotel. The aesthetics are perfect. The riverside is perfect. This hotel probably deserves a lot more traffic especially at the on-site bar and riverside restaurant. Staff was extremely attentive even with opening and closing taxi doors for us and making up our room despite waking up very late every day. Locked TVs receive an automatic negative overall score for me. TVs didn't appear to have any options to access my own Netflix, Amazon, or Youtube accounts. It's essentially unusable unless you want to watch one of the very few local Thai channels. At this point, why even have a TV in the room if it can't be used to watch hardly anything? This, and only this, is the reason for the negative rating. I will always rate negatively on properties that set up the televisions to be highly restricted.

It was nice but just don’t get a room by the pool. You will hear every sound coming from the pool Location of my room to much noise. They should tell the people in the pool to be quiet

There were customers just arrived late night and very noisy around 10-almost 12am, called the receptionist but still noisy.

Breakfast buffet was very good. Fitness room is small and can use a towel supply, training mat and disinfectant on hand to use between trainers.

It’s a peaceful place in the middle of the city Location perfect right by the river, clean and comfortable rooms, comfy beds, great pool

Scenic location with a cafe that overlooks the Chao Phraya River. Excellent buffet breakfast. Staff are professional, courteous and helpful. Swimming pool, & gym were excellent.

The breakfast spread is very good n the the breakfast room is spacious n roomy - tables are not set too Closely together which is appreciated. We have a ground floor room. There is a window facing the walkway, so essentially the curtains have to be drawn at all time if u want privacy.
