Great view of the canal and from the pool. Excellent breakfast.

Breakfast was excellent - enjoyed being able to walk to the Gold Mount temple for excellent sunset views of Bangkok and temples. Room by the canal but a lot of mosquitos. Close to a famous local restaurant Thipsamai for which we had to queue for quite a while but it was fun and worth it. Also enjoyed the pool on the 5th floor. Great views. Loads of road works and road partially blocked due to works on the Bangkok under ground

Location Pool Nice Bedrooms I stayed in two different rooms. I don’t have any issues with the bathroom vanity sink while we stayed on the 5th floor, but the sink in the room on the 2nd floor was not working properly.

The staff very helpful and attentive. Overall it's a nice property. The lower scores are because the rooms feels musty, and carpeted hallways too due to the humidity. This made my allergies worse. Beyond that the rooms are fine, and located close to many good places in old town, but the rooms was too moldy feeling. I am sensitive to it so I noticed.

The hotel is very nice. It has a modern touch and the rooms are very big. The staff is extremely friendly and very helpful and kind. The hotel is very clean and it has a great swimming pool on the roof as well as great room service. The hotel is very close to Wat Arun temple and many other tourist attractions. I highly recommend this hotel if you are coming to Bangkok. The location was nice but there was construction in front of the hotel during our stay which caused some issues when I ordered a taxi as they would get lost in finding the entrance of the hotel. However that was the only issue and it is definitely not the hotel’s fault. Also the hotel was nice enough to send me a message about this issue before arriving so the staff were very professional and kind.

Location close to Khoason Rd amd the palace and temples was perfect. Loved the rooftop pool after a day of exploring. Staff was extremely friendly.

Nice breakfast, comfy beds, nice staff Basically the rooftop pool is nice but very dangerous. No real steps, no handrail to enter (exit on all fours), with wet feet the tiles around the pool are very slippery, hockey players who are used to ice rinks may handle it.

The hotel is really nice. We stayed in a family suite. Spacious with two rooms. Breakfast is good. Pool and rooftop are beautiful! Pretty good location for the main temples to sightsee. There is a lot of construction around the hotel right now. They are building a new metro stop across the street. It makes it hard to get around. It didn't seem like there were many good restaurants around it.

The breakfast was open good hours (6:30 to 10am) and had a decently selection of hot and cold food. Tea and coffee making facilities were simple but effective. Terrific rooftop pool. The second room was accessible and was a little tight. It would be good to have more tourist information about nearby restaurants, attractions, how to use public transport etc.

The TVs in the room could be connected to netflix, etc. But it so incredibly slow - we gave up in the end. It would be good to have more tourist information about nearby restaurants, attractions, how to use public transport etc.

Everything. First of all, the Friendliness of the staff. They capture what I expect from Thai People. Everything was smooth from arrival to departure. I booked a Family room, and it was elegant. I read before that because of some renovations and road works in front of the Hotel some of the guests were disturbed by the sounds outside but in our case, it was quiet and we had a good sleep. For the breakfast, for 4 consecutive days 80% of the food were all the same, the only time they change the variety were the Thai food. The location was also great. A couple of meters away you can find some interesting attractions like the Temple in front,Khao San road, the first Muay Thai Stadium, 711's etc. Highly recommended.
