None!! I dont like the property. It was far from the main toad where the building im staying with. I wait too long in the reception because no one was there. The room was unclean. The bedsheets was not changed and its so dirty. No telephone in the room to call the reception so I have to go down just to ask the reception if they change the beddings and all.

Staff is very friendly and attentive. Breakfast is 100 Baht and is quite good. The room is good. The location is not the best but for us it was okay. Didn’t have the chance to use the pool. Price is quite cheap Pillows are hard for me, but nothing too uncomfortable.

Nice people

There is some maintenance required around the hotel, particularly with painting and stabilizing railings around the pool, and the air conditioners. I changed rooms on the third last night as my air conditioner blew up (electrical failure of some sort while raining). The staff were very quick to resolve the problem by helping me change rooms. The Internet connection in the new room was unstable.

The hotel is quiet, clean and nice. The view from the swimming pool on the roof is something. The lady who cleaned my room is friendly and nice. The location. The people at the reception should try to put on a little smile at least and be friendlier. The AC was too loud. I didn't get the room I actually booked, but the one I got wasn't totally bad. It was more or less the same except for the view.

The rooftop pool, the lift, the friendly staff. Accessibility to food, 7-11 and Pinsinchai Muay Thai Camp, huge bed and room and working smart TV. Grab service available for trips out for sightseeing. Being further out from the busy city meant a more laid back vibe amazing coffee shops around, City Park and absolutely amazing community members where being a solo traveler I never felt alone. Massages and food etc are also at a local price. Just the traffic on the way back from the city sometimes. Grab drivers are so patient with it tho. Public Transport isn't a great option. Best to go to Chutachak or Lat Phrao MRT and use it from there... Try to avoid peak hours. Morning is much better than night.

The hotel had big rooms and natural light. It also had a rooftop which was nice to hang out with for the sunset. It does not look like the pictures (the photos were probably taken when the hotel had just opened, now it's old. They also seem to be taken in 0.5x zoom out, making the rooms look more spacious). I got attacked by mosquitoes at night, so be careful about leaving the doors or windows open, they don’t fully close either. The lift smelled very bad...to the point where I actually threw up one day when I was feeling a bit sick. I tried asking for a hairdryer, which was supposed to be included, but they only had one for the entire hotel, and I ended up waiting until the last day to get it. The cleaning staff weren’t very nice when we asked them to clean our room. It’s true that we would wake up a bit late, but they were still cleaning other rooms, so our request wasn’t out of context. It's also very very like very far a way, it takes 1:30h to get to the center of Bangkok, so be prepared to be in a car for a while everytime you want to do something.
