Breakfast was good Staff are nice and helpful We like the location, lots of restaurants, street food, next to 7eleven, laundry shop, pharmacy, spa and easy to walk around. Near to train and Century mall (you can find a big beauty and korean skin care brands) Very easy for Grab I like the pool Reasonable price as the room was good Wifi is a bit slow There is a bad smell coming out from the AC

We were upgraded for free! The location is near the touristy places and the room itself is clean and comfortable. The aircon is a bit noisy and you can hear the noise from the other rooms as well.

Friendly staff Location way outside of downtown; no hot water in bathroom sink unit (policy of hotel); low water pressure when taking shower at peak times; no fitness center and limited pool hours. Many tour groups.

Location is very good. Easy to the center and had a laundry just in front of the hotel. Not very clean. When we checked in itself there was already hair on the bedsheet and on the sink. Bedsheets were not changed everyday. There are maids who do clean everyday but there is always remaining trash or dust on the floor in the rooms and in the bathroom. Also there were not much options for halal food for the breakfast.

The staff was amazing, they greeted us with a map explaining sites to see in Bangkok. They spoke excellent English. The staff treated us like loyalty. They made arrangements to spend 1 night in a different hotel because they were full. They delivered our luggage to the other hotel. The morning buffet is worth the $40 cost of the hotel. I wouldn’t think of staying anywhere else. The food was amazing. The rooms are excellent. Nothing

The location was good. Accessible to most of the places by taxi. Lot of street food and grocery stores at walking distance. Staff was always ready to help and greeted us whenever we came. Rooms were really nice and clean. Lobby smelt great at all times. The pictures showed a swimming pool that was because we booked this hotel. When we went we were told there is no swimming pool. We paid lot of price only for swimming pool.

Location wise quite far from the city centre and with hot weather need to take grab. Staff very friendly and good also give us free upgrade for our room ??
