I liked everything.

Good location. The staff are friendly and nice, they allowed us to leave our luggage after checking out until we came back for our flight, they gave us free waters. Plus, the hotel has a unique Japanese design. We found ants in the bathroom and on the bed. You need to pay more to use the kitchen for cooking.

Lovely decor, throughout the hotel and wonderfully situated. Round a corner to stop too much traffic noise, but close enough to many amenities too. Not all rooms have the Japanese tatami mat style seating. Others simply had sofas instead. So be sure to request it. Kitchen has very basic supplies. Not enough to cook anything. I assume because they don't want you cooking hot food.

The room is thoughtfully decorated and nice, the location is fantastic. The sitting area is cool if you are into the Japanese aesthetics of things. There is a nice little kitchen nook, but just for making coffee really. The internet was not good. It kept going in and out for the 2 days I stayed there, it was never stable and completely died numerous times which was really annoying because I did not have 4G on my phone to use instead. The shower also did not work so when you pulled up the metal nob to change to shower head the water rushed out from the tap and only barely from the shower so it was an incredible waste of water. The best also wasn't the most comfortable, but it was ok for the price.

The owner, was super friendly and accommodating. Close walking distance to the sky train. Head up to the main road cross the overhead bridge, turn right at the church opposite is a gas station. And you will straight down to Silom road.

I want to live here! Only a minor thing: Little bit difficult to open the key.

Location is good. The advertising for this place is just so wrong. Was shocked to find that this really is probably a one step up from a backpackers hostel. Beds are really uncomfortable. Sheets are clean but like sandpaper. Any room above the ground floor is like an oven. We moved rooms from the top floor to the one by reception which made our stay a bit more bearable.

My 3rd stay. Hotel staff, cleaning ladies and the rooms are excellent as always.

Everything was outstanding. The service was very polite. The room immediately felt like home, welcoming, eye-catching, bright. The details, all was thought out. The room had like vintage Japanese vibe, so comfy. I'd stay here again and again. Place with a soul! The bathroom was something special, sparkling clean and beautiful. The water pressure is really good. Couldn't prolong our staying, it was all booked out in seconds. There are some kitchen appliances, but you can't use anything. They have strict rules about cooking in the room. That was a little weird, but it didn't bother us much.
