It was loud all night with a whrrr in the room. Floor was slippery, no real accessories like conditioner, washcloth. Bed was horrible.

There was no sign where to find a new reception. Make it difficult to find it if you arrive at night time.

The king room was large, the balcony was ok, and overlooking the pool. Overall, the room was nice. Check-in was not pleasant. I arrived around 1pm to a lobby packed with people and suitcases. I went to the dining room where there is nothing western on the menu. Cashew chicken was tasty, and the service was great. They made everyone wait until exactly 2 pm exactly, while they did nothing behind the desk. Then, a long line forms to check in. Then, each person must fill out a form and wait for them to take a pic of everyone's passport. One by one. The manager should take note here. This step should be completed while we are all sitting around waiting until 2 pm. Then they could simply hand us a key as rooms become clean. You are wasting our time by not letting us fill out the form and passport pictures when we first arrive. One receptionist was kind, and the other acted like we were disturbing her. Breakfast was not great unless you wanted Thai, so toast and salad are it. There is a coffeehouse down the street and a market. I sent an email a day prior to arrival and asked if they had luggage storage. The answer was yes in the lobby. Unfortunately, it is not locked up but literally sits in the open lobby. That's not luggage storage! Maybe for a day, but anyone could take the bag at any time. You should clarify the term luggage storage. Now, I had to drag my second suitcase to the airport where I paid 2500 baht to store it. Many hotels will store a bag if you return and stay at their hotel. On my return I will stay at another airport hotel like the M Courtyard and pay more to finish off my trip even tho it's more expensive. The area around the airport is very industrial.

After leaving the hotel, walk towards 7-11. There are markets on both sides. You can eat local snacks at a cheap price (after all, the price will not be the same in downtown Bangkok).

The bed was hard and the pillows not so great

Clean and comfortable, well-priced for one night between flights. Very convenient free shuttle from and back to the airport. Can leave luggage, no charge. Close to sky train into the city.

Excellent location for quick access to the airport using the hotel shuttle service. Pool looked great but we didn’t try. Tasty food from the in-house restaurant. Food market a short walk away but most stalls were closed in the evening. Good value for an overnight stay with an early flight the next day. Nothing

Spacious rooms, nice pool, food at the restaurant was excellent and affordable, 7-11 and small market nearby, Airport shuttle.

Moreover they don’t even try to call the cleaning staff to ask them for the book.

Not a deluxe room. Near elevators. Work in progress in pool area.

We did have access to the other BS pool. I requested a change of room but that required my cancelling my current booking to rebook..at my expense.
