The airport shuttle was very convenient. It was organized well. The rooms were also comfortable. I asked if the adult beverages could be removed from the rooms. The hotel staff could not accommodate this request at a late hour.

Very convenient 1:00am international arrival shuttle pickup from the airport Old section of hotel, mattresses are very firm. Make sure you upgrade to new section of room. Only way we knew was our second stay on leaving Bangkok, they gave us free upgrade and rooms and especially mattresses are much nicer.

Great value and very convenient free shuttle. They were very helpful in scheduling us for 9:00am international flight with 5:00am wake up call and takeout breakfast boxes. Not all staff are English speaking

The staff was very friendly and the food was great. We had dinner and breakfast there and the prices were great. Very close to the airport with a free shuttle that runs every hour on the hour from airport and every half hour on the half hour from the hotel. The free bottles of water in the room and tea/coffee. The bathroom could have used a real good cleaning. There was some pretty mildew and moldy areas of the shower and the shower didn’t stay still and sprayed everywhere.

Perfect for crashing before or after a long flight. Transport to the airport is included and leaves every hour starting at 1:30am. They even provided a little to-go breakfast for when the airport transfer was before breakfast had started. They also have laundry services available or coin-op laundry if outside of laundry hours. BONUS- the Train Night Market Srinagarindra is about 30min away if you have some time to kill and it is open until 1am Thursday to Sunday

The shuttle transport was very efficient. The room is very clean and quiet with amenities. The breakfast was wonderful. The staff was super in helping with the luggage and accompanying you to your room. There was nothing to dislike.
