The pick up at the airport was very efficient. Even though our flight was delayed by about an hour, the staff person was there to guide us to the van, and we were transported within about 5 minutes after that. The check in process was simple. The A/C in the room works better than A/Cs in many other hotels. The room got comfortably cold in about 20 minutes. The small restaurant attached to the hotel now has a full fledge menu catering to both Thai and western cuisines. In the morning, I had a fairly strong allergic reaction to something in the restroom. My runny nose was getting overwhelming after I finished the shower. Last time I stayed here was fine though.

Amazing stay, the rooms are very nice, beds and pillows comfortable, very clean, the hotel has all of the little things to make it feel like you are home and part of the family. They also have parking and a small but clean beautiful pool. Highly Highly recommend this place. Nothing

I loved the close location to the airport. Literally a few mins drive. The staff were very welcoming on my arrival. Everything was ready after a long flight. I would highly recommend At Residence for solo female travellers. The room was more than enough. The airport shuttle was a good deal for 200baht each way. Some reviews mention that there isnt much around the area but there are plenty of food places. Given I was only there for the airport stop over, I didnt see an issue. I had breakfast at the 'At home cafe & eatery' next door the accommodation... sensational coffee, was cheap and good eggs. I would definitely stay again. Thank you Nothing all good

The facility is excellent, very clean and close to airport. The attached restaurant serves delicious food with reasonable price. This is a great place near airport, only downside is that it is farming from the city center if you want to explore Bangkok.
