Although I find most of the beds in Thailand are very firm. This one was like a rock!

Weve been three nights there. A large, clean and beautiful room with extra kitchen (no cooking materials) and a couch. In the room you always can listen the very nice moderate wind blowing surrrounding the hotel. All in all good to relax. In our last night there was significant noise due to loud door bumps over longer time.

Nice hotel with friendly staff and good facilities The beds were too hard for my liking. A bed more in between the softest and hardest mattress would be better.

Nice big room with large fridge. Towels were better than the last 4 star hotel we stayed in. Decent shower but wall tiles grubby. No safety deposit box as advertised. Bed on the firm side. Poor quality reception on tv. Shuttle transfer to the airport is three times more expensive than bolt. 500 THB deposit on room which could be a problem for people low on cash at the end of their trip.. No kettle in room but hot water dispenser in reception.

Having messaged the hotel twice for transfer, when I phoned from the airport to find where they were, l was told " driver gone home, you get taxi " this was at 15.00, was not happy. Will not be staying again.

Not much to complain about, it was a good temporary stay but some noisy guests at times. The room is pretty quiet but you can hear the other guests if they aren't considerate of others.
