The room smell badly

Nice room. Near the airport One of the worst hotel experiences I had when I visited Thailand. The front desk staff canceled my booking.com reservation and charged me almost double the price. I was very jet lagged and didn’t fully understand what happened. The next morning I was considering extending and I asked her about why I was charged so much. She became aggressive and raised her voice at me that she couldn’t accept the booking price. She was so nasty with me that I asked to speak with her supervisor. She first told that there would be no one else that could help me for hours. She didn’t realize that I was not playing so I said I would wait. I waited in the lobby and canceled my plans for the day. Thankfully one of the restaurant employees came to help. Eventually I was connected on the phone with a manager. They tried to make excuses and say that I was accidentally double charged. That was not true. They didn’t realize i understood some Thai and already understood that she did not want to honor the booking com price. After maybe 90 minutes of waiting and dealing with an awful attitude from that staff member they gave me my money back. But then the very rude staff member (who never apologized) seemed to charge me for something extra on my card based on the receipt she gave me. When I asked about it she said there was nothing she could do to change it and that I would have to come in another day and talk to the accountant. Completely ridiculous. I was very surprised when management tried to defend and cover up for the very rude staff. I noticed that the staff member is in the promo photos on the wall of the lobby so maybe she is special there or something. Worst customer experience I’ve had at a hotel in bkk. Thailand was great though so I do recommend visiting there.

Comfortable bed, nice shower, good pool and friendly staff. Wifi was not working over 70% of the time during our 6 day stay. Totally unacceptable. Mediocre breakfast with minimal choices, a conveyor belt toaster that was positioned so the toast fell onto the power cord between toaster and wall Exercise bike not working

Comfortable beds, airport shuttle (for a reasonable fee), and they upgraded my room for free You can tell it’s not new, but it was great for an overnight stay between flights.

Everything -the hotel room was good -the food served here tasted good/cheaper end -the staff was helpful and friendly -the laundry machines worked and almost always open -the wifi speed was fast -the fitness room had multiple machines -the shopping mall nearby had a lot of restaurants and stores as well The wifi login portal negatively interacts with using a VPN, it would always consistently disconnect me after a random amount of time, and I would be unable to log back in

Easy checking, nice room, nice staff, location++ ABF can have more choices, and air cond is too cold in restaurants. For one night anyway, perfect.

Very close to the airport, big clean room, comfortable. Breakfast was included and there was even a swimming pool! I loved that I could get a massage nearby. Nothing! It was perfect for an airport hotel.

Wi-Fi was strong. The front desk staff was excellent and the location was perfect. This is an ideal choice for the Western traveler in transit. Nothing really aside from the fact that the bed was awfully firm but still reasonably comfortable.

The breakfast was ok. What I like was them being kind, helpful, and clean. When I called for assistance they were prompt in assisting the need. Honestly I can't find any fault at all with them.
