It was perfection. I wouldn't change one thing.

Location although it’s in not inside of Bangkok where all the fun is at - it still has an amazing local market opposite the hotel, 7/11 Dunkin’ doughnuts super market and a big mall of food just beside, a big Uniqlo 5 minutes walk. The hotel is big, very clean, amazing pool and attentive staff, rooms shower and bed are top notch. Breakfast and dinner buffet were excellent, although not a lot of options for vegetarian in the dinner buffet. in the breakfast 80% of food is Thai - Asian hot food, not a big selection of cheeses, no salmon or cream cheese which they had last time I was there - but all the rest was excellent. To my liking it’s expensive compared to other hotels in the area. Need More options for vegetarian and vegan!

The hotel and the room was very clean and comfortable. An extensive breakfast selection. Great fitness room. Shuttle service. It was my 2nd stay in this hotel after 1 year. This year I just booked a simple room with king sized bed. The view from the room was not nice, but at least there were squirels to look at which were playing on the trees. Next time I may book a room with view on the garden or on the river, but this time it was perfect for the only couple of hours of sleep.

We are order food from hotel and gets sick during flight after.

Nicest all around ever Nothing

First time at this hotel. I almost went to another Hotel, but i happy i stuck with this hotel...for the money it is much better than other hotels with similar rate. I tried to schedule a day a week from now but no openings. I guess this was a teaser stay. I look forward to returning.

Local,pool, food

Location and cleanliness. Great restaurants Brutally slow check -in. Line was 5 people long and it took 30 minutes to check in. Unacceptable. The manager came by to apologize and just walked away. Completely useless.

WE always stay at this location if we are coming to Bangkok or flying out of Bangkok It is our favorite hotel for just relaxing. I recommend this hotel to all my friends. There were renovation works being carried out round the pool area. However it is understandable as the decking was breaking in some parts. Other than this there's nothing not to like about this hotel.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff is welcoming. 3 choices of restaurant, but I ate crabcakes in the burger restaurant that I highly recommend. The room is a good size and very quiet.

Breakfast was great. We were able to have a fast, delicious breakfast before catching the first (free) shuttle to the airport. Very long hallways.

Location and shuttle to the airport was easy. Lots of food and shopping options nearby. Hotel grounds were absolutely beautiful. Staff was helpful and amazing. Let me check in 3 hours early with no issue.

Everything Nothing

Rooms, pool, airport shuttle all get very high marks The service in the cafe was slow and when we ordered second glasses of wine, the server merely topped up our unfinished glasses but charged for a full second glass, which we found very odd.

Love this hotel. Such a beautiful pool and seating area with beautiful gardens with a relaxed atmosphere. Great breakfast buffet with plenty of space. We had a garden pool access room which was so convenient to walk straight out into the pool/garden area. Loved the swim up bar and Burger restaurant for dinner.

Perfect location for an overnight - close to the airport. Convenient shuttle to and from, got us back for an early flight out. Staff was kind, room was clean with good shower, and restaurant was good. Everything was good. Nothing to dislike

Tv did not work except for Marriott commercials, bed was not a king when it was supposed to be. Didn't feel much better than much cheaper places I've stayed
