Hotel was run by don't know who but towel was very old and shower was very outdate with dirty. We can't take shower there. Locations was not good and very scary at night

1.Castle Black is comfortable and relatively inexpensive, and for that reason, it's good. Expectations met. 2.The beds are firm, which I like, big soft pillows and hot showers. Two bottles of complimentary water are in the small refrigerator. There is a boiler to make hot water and coffee (if you drink coffee). 3.I liked that you can refill your water bottles downstairs at the complimentary snack table. 4.There is a pool table and community dining tables to eat at, or eat in your room if you choose. Plates are are available downstairs. 5.There is a laundry machine and dryer too, 90 bhat total to wash/dry. Easy. 6. Great air-conditioning 7. Great wifi ?Based solely on customer service, I would not stay here again. Staff (especially owner and front desk guy) are cold evn though they act nice. The room cleaning is missing in action... and often have to ask for it even if the door tag is left outside on door. ?The bathroom sink in the rooms is flat bottom, so the old water doesn't fully drain out, at all, leaving scummy mold water from the previous travelers. The sinks are not wiped clean even when cleaning is requested. Smoking is permitted out front only, can't smoke on your outdoor balcony... ?In terms of social atmosphere, it's non existent thus if you're a solo traveler looking to meet other solo travelers, this place is not for you. Look elsewhere. This place is more for locals and families, which is cool, but if you're looking for a busy social traveler atmosphere, you're not going to find it here. ?I wouldn't stay here again based on customer service, but I would recommend the place to others looking to stay at a budget friendly, comfortable, good location hostel.

The location was perfect for the purpose I went for. It was a few minutes walk to the MRT, and Seven-Eleven was nearby. The building had laundry and morning breakfast options on the ground floor. A water dispenser was also on the ground floor, where you could get free water, including hot water. The room had a safe and a small balcony where you could put your things to dry. Did not see many people around, but during the check-in, everything was explained. The hotel's location was inside an alley, so drivers were a bit reluctant to come inside as it was very tight for vehicles.

The location Cleanliness should be improved (bed linen and shower room). This property has a big chance to compete with the neighbor hotel, if only they renovate it into a bright aesthetic hotel.

spacious and clean room. AC was working very well and bed very comfortable. Bathroom was ok. Hotel is located in a side street with no traffic so fairly quiet. The hotel is quite dark as it doesn't get a lot of natural light. There was no window in my room, just a little balcony that didn't have any view other than the tin roof of another building. The fridge was a little bit noisy which can affect your sleep if you're a light sleeper.

Great, hommy, Pratunam and hotel far enough, we have to walk for 10-15 minutes

suit for family stay, the room is very clean, provide mini refrigerator, hair dryer, shampoo and body wash, and wifi. Each beds also have their own universal socket, which means we don't need to buy travel adaptor. They also provide breakfast and snacks. Additionally they have laundry service, billiards, and suitcase scales

Felt more like a hotel room in a guesthouse. A lot of kids running and screaming around. Not sure if they were visitors or from there.

Location walking distance to victory monument station Toilet had dry pee all around seat at checkin. Also floor had hairs stuck to it. Did not sweep only mopped. Hand soap was empty, body wash was empty. And shower wall was peeling apart and looked dirty. Only half a roll of toilet paper which I had to use to clean toilet seat
