Staff Location:too far from station Was given very small room I couldn't keep my luggage properly

The hotel was more expensive than expected for the price I paid. Unfortunately, the shower head in my room was broken, which was disappointing. Additionally, the breakfast selection was quite limited. However, the staff’s service was quite good. They were friendly and tried their best to assist me, especially when my room was not ready upon arrival. Overall, while the service was positive, the hotel did not fully meet my expectations considering the price.

Everything else is terrible, the room is old, smelly. The mattress is old and cheap, thus the springs make you feel like lie on an uneven road. The bed next to toilet and everytime you turn of the fan, it smell rotten. If you don't turn of the fan, you cant sleep. Door and bath are broken although somewhat functional. The sink take forever to drain

It's clean and convenient. They also cleaned our room. The place is accessible to pratunam market. I hope to go back soon and stay in same hotel. None

You get what you pay for. The rooms are adequate. The staff are very nice. The location is good, walking distance to central mall area and a few different subway lines, including the airport link. The rooms are clean, but the insides are so dated that it looks a little grimy.
