Excellent location and nice friendly staff. Not too complex and easy to wondering about, good Bfast faster front office service. Not enough sunlightj in the room although we were on the fifth floor. Unfortunately we didn’t get a room with a good view.

Pros: Concierge is very helpful . Breakfast buffet spread and quality is good. The room was small. Irrespective of booking for 3 people (2 Adult +1 child (11yrs)) required arrangements were not done. Basic things like water bottles, glass for water and coffee were missing not available for 3 people. Even, there was one Bathing suit provided. Things were made available after calls to housekeeping. Room was not clean on second day, again feedback was provided and it was take care of next day. On 3rd day, my personal bottle of oil got missing when we came back to the room.

Nice location. Rooms are super clean. In the morning, the notices from the construction site in front of the hotel is a bit disturbing.

The Staff at the concierge and the bell boys were all sooo kind, friendly and helpful!! i feel so welcomed with my infant and husband, so looking forward to meet and greet the staffs in the morning :) The Foods were at its best!! Perfect breakfast and in-room dining <3 The swimming pool stairs are rather dangerous but thats fine to pay more attention on the steps. The deluxe room that we stayed in was a little small, would love to come back in future to explore other room types.

Excellent staff. Very helpful and would go out of their way for any requests. Excellent fast housekeeping service. The gym equipment was not up to standard of everything else’s offered by this property.
