What I like the most about the property is that it is nearby mostly to everything. A min walk to BTS train, nearby 7/11, a grocery store and room is spacious enough for travelers

The facilities are great, rooms are always kept clean, the staff is nice and the location is also a 7 minute walk from BTS. This is always my go-to place every time I visit Bangkok, which several times per year! Exceptional value for money.

My husband and I loved staying at CrossVibe! Convenient location, 5min walking distance to BTS and there's even a hotel songthaew / tuktuk that drives you to the BTS every hour. The rooms were very clean, lobby was big and well maintained. We really liked their breakfast, which had a lot of selection of food and drinks. All staff were super helpful as well. There's also a laundry machine on site that you can use for a small fee. There's also 7/11 right in front ;) Honestly nothing, would love to stay here again.

The location of this hotel is excellent for public transportation, but getting a taxi or ride through an app can be a bit tricky. For airport transfers, I recommend asking the front desk to arrange a car with their trusted drivers—it’s about the same price as ride-hailing apps but much more reliable. The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. Overall, this hotel offers great value for money and I would highly recommend it. All of the staff were very friendly and polite, which made the atmosphere very pleasant. However, this also made the girl at the breakfast station who cooked eggs stand out quite a bit. She always looked tense and unfriendly, as if we were bothering her whenever we asked for eggs. For long-stay guests, having to face this every morning can be a bit challenging. In addition, it would be great if the front desk could kindly remind guests—in a language they can understand—to keep their voices down in the hallways late at night. Many people check in very late, and being considerate about noise would show respect to guests who are already resting. I’ve seen other hotels do this, and it really makes a difference.

The building is nice and clean. The gym is decent. The room designs are nice. I had an issue with a broken AC. I was offered a new room. The new room was the same floorplan but it was a bit beat up. The first room was nice and clean and looked new. The second room was all scratched, scuffed, and stained. It was clean but just beat up.
