Staffs are polite. check in was easy. Location is good as it's walking distance to BITEC. None.

it's very clean, bright inside the hotel. staffs are polite and easy to communicate with English. next to the hotel is a coffee shop and 7-11 is just across the road. the location of the hotel is next to a main junction. noise from the traffic can he heard and felt if the window is facing the junction. but it was not a big issue for me.

VERY CLOSE TO BITEC. Everything was walkable. a little noisy and you can feel the room when big trucks pass by.

The bed is very huge for twin beds. Room is so clean and staffs support very well. The bed was shaking. I'm not sure if it was because a truck was passing by or what, but the bed was shaking constantly.

Attending the WFOT conference, Cubic Banga was 5-minutes walk away from the conventions centre where there was also a pharmacy and 7 Eleven for buying necessities. Staff was super nice. Each room also had a fridge and a microwave.

Wow! An amazing stay! Hotel is pristine! Most 7 year old hotels are run down but not this one! Great condition and staff is so helpful! The staff cleaned and stocked rooms every day. There is so much positive to say! Consistency in room cleaning, restocking, staff service, quality, etc. Owner cares about the property and it shows! Nothing!

SERVICE The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming—no complaints at all. The hotel enforces a strict no-smoking policy, with a designated smoking area located just outside for guests who wish to smoke. The Front Desk staff makes a point to remind guests at check-in concerning this rule, and clear signage is posted in the rooms and bathrooms. I’m not a smoker myself, but these were my own observations. ROOM The room was spacious, immaculate, and very comfortable. The bed provided a great night’s sleep. Guests should note that cooking inside the room is not permitted, and durian fruit is strictly prohibited—violations result in a fine. Amenities included a mini-fridge, a safe, and two complimentary bottles of water. While there was no microwave, the room did provide small packs of coffee, tea bags, and sugar, though I didn’t notice a kettle. There were only two small vials of shampoo and liquid soap provided in the bathroom so be sure you bring some of your toiletry items. LOCATION The hotel is ideally situated just steps from Sukhumvit Road, with the BTS Skywalk overhead and Bang Na BTS Station being the closest stop. A Café Amazon is conveniently located right next door, and the Bitec Convention Center is only a short walk away, making it a great choice for both leisure and business travelers. VALUE This is a very affordable hotel that combines modern style with cleanliness and a good location. Despite being near Sanphawut Road, Sukhumvit Road, and the BTS tracks, I experienced little to no traffic noise during the day or at night, ensuring a peaceful stay. I did not have any complaints. Everything was to my satisfaction.

Proximity to places specifically Bitec fair complex. Food was available along with 7eleven and other outlets. Pantry would have been great ..

The staff were incredible! It is close to where my friends live, and I ended up booking here for another stay. The bed is very comfortable. It is a bit far from the BTS station, so if you have a lot of luggage it can be inconvenient. It's fine if you take grab/taxi/car.

Welcoming staff and very clean room. There is a small refrigerator. Wide large beds. Walking to the conference center. No closet or drawers in the room to keep things and clothes. A metal hanger in the middle of the room for hanging clothes. Distant from Bangkok attraction.

The staff was friendly and rooms were thoroughly cleaned every day. The beds were comfortable and shower temperature and pressure was decent. The location was the most exciting, but it was easy to get to the train and connect to the action.

No breakfast, the staff were very pleasant and helpful. All good.
