is very big and spacious, the service is also good the swimming pool is dirty, I got rashes after I swim. the location is also not so convenient

They are thieves! I waited a long time before writing my review as I expected my problem to be resolved satisfactorily, but nothing has happened so far. When we checked in it was quite late at night, we were tired and our 3 year old daughter was even more tired. The people at the front desk told us that we had not paid for the reservation and forced me to pay to get my room key. I didn't have internet at the reception so I couldn't find the booking.com confirmation. When I had internet in the room and found the confirmation that I had already paid, I went back to the reception. It took them 15 minutes to confirm that I had indeed already paid, and they told me that they would cancel the double charge on my credit card, but that it would take a few days... It has been a month and nothing! The hotel is not responding to me anymore and has not refunded my money. We are talking about more than 600 USD! This is outrageous! Apart from that, we can see that it used to be a nice hotel but that it suffered a lot from the covid crisis: there is almost no staff, no breakfast, no pool bar, no jacuzzi...

Davis Thai House place is at a perfect location, very easy to get around with public transportation and walking distance to awesome bars and restaurants. The house is truly hidden gem in the central location. The hiuse is great, very clean and has everything you need. Totally recommend it.
