Amazing hotel staff was very nice day time reception lady’s was amazing helping me with phone issues and giving me updates on my booking and food delivery’s very good experience from food to security The smell in the room or some sort of spray was not nice smells like musty maybe from air conditioning unit they needs to be hand wash in the sink

There was always a large variety of food for breakfast and they were all very delicious. The location was just perfect. The staff were always very helpful and warm..always smiling.

So conveniently located! The staff are friendly and accomodating. Enjoyed our stay! Convenience nearby - 7-11, massage, rail, shops, street food carts, tuk tuks! Loved it! I wish I had done the Thai massages from the first day!!!! So much regret!

Staff were lovely, room was nice. Breakfast was very limited. We are vegan and there was only toast and jam. It would be helpful to add baked beans for people who don’t eat animal products. We ordered chips from room service and oil tasted old.

De Prime Rangnam truly exceeded our expectations! The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. I mentioned that I was going to celebrate my birthday there in Thailand, and they went above and beyond by setting up our room with balloons and a lovely Happy Birthday card – such a thoughtful touch! A special shout-out to the lady who maintains the cleanliness of the 6th floor. She is always smiling, so friendly, and genuinely made my stay even more enjoyable. I absolutely loved her energy! I highly recommend De Prime Rangnam – it’s the perfect place for a memorable stay.

The staff was perfect, breakfast was okay, not great. We liked the location as we love to walk a lot. We didn't spend too much time in the hotel so I can't say a lot, but overall it was a good value for the money.

The location was superb The bed was HARD! The breakfast was dreadful. You need to improve alot in that area. We were not allowed to bring food from outside, eventhough I am ready to sign any form stating that I am taking my own responsibility from the food outside. We stayed 7 nights and cannot stand the breakfast. The design of hotel was all over the place. You have good location should watch the tidy n aesthetic of the interior.
