Great location, easy walk to BTS, massage shops, food stalls, and all the big malls in Phrompong. Very spacious and clean rooms with great city views. Also had a decent breakfast buffet. Price was excessive, even for high season. Room service menu was a little underwhelming.

Nice location near shopping malls and food area. BTS station is also nearby to commute. Staff is quite friendly. Less options for Muslim (Halal ) food in breakfast. Overall hotel ambience looks old.

I did not like it The hotel has insects in the room, we had to cancel our 2 day due to this issue. Bed are not comfortable and staff not helpful

All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Great aircon, cool and quiet. Over priced for what it is, I can get better value at other places for this price.

The beds were hard and uncomfortable. There are gaps in the door seals. I did fill out a request for an omlette two times and never received it...frustrated me, but I didn't want it to affect my vacation. The breakfast was good, it served various foods from multiple nationalities and gave my family an opportunity to experience other cultures food choices. A few more american choice food items would have been nice
