Comfortable place, nice staff, close enough to walk everywhere, but secluded enough to not be inundated with noise at all hours.

Amazing location, great friendly staff, close to everything you need for a great price considering it's smack bang in the middle of busy Bangkok ??

It’s quiet, clean and modern along with a staff that is there for your needs. The fact that the room key controls the electric therefore having the room be hot when one gets back from the humidity of Bangkok.

I have stayed there before and both stays were very good. The staff was great, the room small but clean. The location is very convenient. No problems

The only plus is the 7-Eleven about 300 meters from the hotel This place is horrible. I'm shocked at the other reviews. Nauseating overwhelming incense smell, torn sheets, disgusting and dirty accent pillows (like someone wiped off on it and the staff said, thats ok, it'll get worn off on someone's face), lumpy broken down furniture in the room. The front door deadbolt wouldn't lock so I asked downstairs.. and clarified DEADBOLT.. they unlocked the safe while I was gone.. Dear God.. So I had to lift the entire door to realign it so the deadbolt would slide and actually secure the door. Staff isn't professional. The room is like a cave.. narrow, straight back with a tiny AC. I didn't stay the night. I booked a better hotel for the same price. It isn't worth it and for sure isnt what its rated as. Way better places that arent tucked at the back on a nasty dirty alley, but its location suits the hotel perfectly. Book if you're a masochist and want to punish yourself.

Close to transit line The smell of the sewage in the bathroom was pretty bad! This is more like a hotel apartment not a true hotel. The location is close to red light area filed with lots of prostitutes… pretty disgusting. One of the street prostitutes approached me and hugged me offering sex even though I was not interested and within 5 seconds stole my gold neckless. I realized the next day. This is not about the hotel but how disgusting, busy and unsafe the area is.

Nice hotel in the Sukhumvit area with a 5 minute walk to the Nana BTS Station. We picked a room with a balcony so that we could sit outside. What we were happy with is that there is a short cut from the hotel to SOI 11 where most of the entertainment is. This is at the end of the street (Soi 5). It is between Soi 5 and Soi 7. If driving it can feel tight. We liked that we found a short cut (walking) to Soi 11.

Room smelled like weed when I arrived (the surrounding area probably caused that but still)

Too much small room

Modern, clean, spacious, good and timely service. There's a pool with a great city view on the roof. There's a small gym. 5 min away from the Nana area, but at the same time the hotel itself is in a quiet alley.

it's a budget hotel with a premium attitude! Staff is friendly and helpful. It has some small amenities that surprise. How often do you find a washcloth in hotels these days? Conveniently mounted in a hold next to the sink? Sure, its a small thing, but it talks about an attitude of excellence! It's obvious that someone has given a lot of thought how to make each room a delight!

Modern, comfortable. The neighborhood is not my cup of tea.
