Great location. Walking distance to Khaosan Road, Grand Palace, Golden Mount etc. hotel staff are helpful. Daily cleaning, daily toiletries and water, room cleaning at your request and changing beddings and towel. Free coffee. Massage shop downstairs and very close to convinience store and restaurants Bed is a little stiff. All else are great

I like this hotel, but the staff girl asked me to speak without using booking if I wanted to extend -> charged me 100 bath more XD

The location of the hotel is very good, and the environment is quiet. You can store your luggage, but no one takes care of it. 1.There are only two clothes hangers, which are too few. 2.I booked two nights and didn't change the bath towel the next day! Very bad review! 3.The pillow is hard, uncomfortable and feels unclean!

Place near centre I had booked through credit card which was confirmed still they have taken money/ cash. In other places like in kruby and pattaya hotels I stayed 1and 2/3 days ago booked through credit card they didn't ask for money/cash. I request you to help me in getting back the money they charged as booked through credit card.

Great location in the Old Bangkok, good price. Housekeeping only happened on Day 3 of my fourth-night stay and yet you see staff everywhere leaning on their brooms.
