I had a pleasant stay at Non House as a solo female traveler. I was there alone during rainy season which wasn't so bad. The house has charming rustic appeal and the dorm I stayed in was cozy and comfortable (if a bit small for my huge suitcase). The rooms are on the first floor, so you don't have to climb stairs with a suitcase. Visiting the upstairs lookout to the street and temple was part of my daily routine. I also appreciated that there was an AC Room upstairs and AC in the dorms. Very popular area as well, close to Khao San road. The shower could have been scrubbed a little more

I am very thankful to owner of the hostel. She helped me several times. As far as I know, it is located in old town, so it’s better to expect local life experience. Shower had only cold water. Room very small and dark.

The owner and her boyfriend were very kind and super helpful! They kept sharing tips and even invited us to go to the morning market and a festival together. The upstairs hangout area is wonderful, and the view from there is beautiful when the palaces are lit up at night. They also had a little basket with toothpaste and stuff you could use. The facilities (e.g. toilet, shower) could be cleaned more often. The bed (mattress) was very hard.
