The staffs were friendly. It was in quite location. There was no convenient store nearby. The breakfast was aweful but the staff tried their best to help me with little option in their hand. Their main serve was pork.

Professional, helpful and super friendly English speaking staff. Big large room (we had a queen and a king size beds). Walking distance to Khao San (10 mins). 7Eleven around the corner. Nothing.

The hotel entrance is shared with a restaurant, so every time you enter or leave, diners can see you—especially awkward with a live performer right next to the door. Also, the room only had dim lighting, which can be difficult for guests with poor eyesight at night. The Wi-Fi was slow and unreliable.

Great staff who kindly helped me extend my stay several times due to flight cancellations. Great room with good ameneties. I extended my stay several times, when the older female employee was at the front desk she didn't actually update my key card so I had to go back down to the lobby for them to fix it. I did not have this problem with the young male employee who correctly updated my card. The wifi was spotty at times as well.

clean and comfortable. a bit far away from city centre. the easit and less hassle travel is by boat (14 Baht) to pratunam pier.

Less options for breakfast. And, personally so don’t really like the the way the restaurant is placed nearby the reception and the way to elevator.

The walls are thin. I could hear snoring through the night and full conversations of neighbors. Disgusting smell of cigarette smoke in bathroom first thing in the morning. Kept the door closed but smell came into the bedroom as well. The ceilings are significantly lower than the online photos show, the lighting was dim, and the space felt dark even with all the lights on. Weak WiFi. Had a business call and kept being warned the bandwidth was too low. Connection kept dropping and attempting reconnects while sending emails. A damage deposit was required at check in. My room had noticeable damages upon entry. I'd advise inspecting the room and taking photos of any damage as proof that you did not cause it. Did not stay the full 3 day stay. Too uncomfortable. Checked in at 2am after a 12hrs flight and left at 10am. Not good.

We especially liked the wonderful and extremely kind staff at reception who was always there to greet, guide and provide help. The room was large, impeccably clean, quiet, and had a lovely night view! It also had all the facilities you could need or wish to have. I highly recommend Methavalai Residence Hotel! -
