Terrific location 100. Meters from Icon Siam mall Rooms are small, and the mattresses are on the floor…… no boxspring, so you need to be a bit more limber than normal in my opinion

THe location was perfect and the staff were extremely kind and professional. I am 76 and didn't know the beds were on the floor. It isn't made clear in the ad. Also....my daughter needed to work on her computer and the rooms didn't have a table or chair. In looking back, I can see that there aren't any in the photos...so it was an assumption on my part. Finally, we had to move to a new hotel and couldn't get our payment back. It was an unfortunate experience, but I partially blame myself for not paying more attention to the site details.

Please note that beds are Japanese style, it was not a big deal for us but for someone it could be a problem. Barely warm water while taking shower.

It's 2 minutes walk from IconSiam, a beautiful mega mall, and gateway to a big ferry station. Nice lobby sitting area to rest if the room is not ready. There is a dining area next door with delicious food and restroom. I arrived early in the morning and enjoyed my breakfast there, before leaving my luggage at the front desk and venturing out for sightseeing. Staff did their best to check me in early. Staff contacted me via WhatsApp in a timely manner. It's easy to find tuktuk or to order a taxi or a GrabBike via Grab. Nothing. Will come back!

The location being so close to the mall, literally the best, you don’t even have to cross the street there are stairs to go over the road! It’s in an alleyway so it was a little scary, but after you get used to it it’s not that bad, just be aware of that.

Good location! Clean! Price on booking day and staying day are different, when I book on booking.com price THB1362.24 but the staff charge me on the day I arrived hotel is THB1600+ I think exchange not too different during the day I book and the day I stay
