Spacious and beautiful room with a great view of Bangkok's skyline and the Chao Phraya river. The pool was great, the Thais and Italian restaurants were outstanding, and we loved the Bangkok Social Club. Fantastic breakfast. Excellent service. Nothing!

Firstly, this is the first time I have seen a 4-season hotel that does not include breakfast, and for an additional fee, you are seated in some kind of semi-café with a bunch of people and unpalatable food. Nothing is included in the accommodation, even though we took the most luxurious room. The swimming pool is incredibly modest.

The property was beautiful and impeccably maintained. The staff was very helpful and very responsive. The hotel let us check-in much before the standard check-in time, and to me that is true hospitality! Would have liked a few more hotel dining and entertainment options.

Yes, it's shining new, beautiful resort style and so delicious food and you must, must go to the bkk social bar that makes you feel In a movie, great one! But - above all are the wonderful people who give you the best pleasant service that can't be given in any other hotel. Love you guys! Especially the best bartender in bkk and not enough compliments to say to our waitress at the bkk social bar that makes our night!! Sure we'll be meet again! Good things must end....

Bed, towel, curtain was dusty. Toilet is cheap, only use some old toto and geberit type. Shower knob is pointy and hard to turn, body wash dispenser also hard to push. It is definetely not worth the price.

The hotel is very nice and clean, the room is very big I didn’t like that when I arrived they told me that they need the physical credit card to hold the deposit amount for the insurance, or to bring with me cash (USD), I should be informed or they have to accept other currencies not just USD, I have been in intercontinental before I went to Four Seasons by 2 days and they accepted the deposit by our currency (United Arab Emirates Dirhams)

Absolutely loved the property, the design of the hotel is impeccable, has nice options for food and drinks, including a michelin starred restaurant and an award winning cocktail bar! We were there for two nights and absolutely loved every minute! Rooms are spacious! Also booked a city tour through the hotel which was amazing highly recommend it! We spent quite a bit of time at the pool, the staff were very attentive! Will be definitely revisiting in our next trip to Bangkok! Lovelovelove The only small thing we felt it was missing, is some music by the pool, other than that everything was amazing!
