Location in proximity to Hospital is the best - I will stay there again when undergoing treatment. There should be an Ala Carte breakfast - I understand most of their customers are of Arab descent, but some of us non-Arab’s like an English or American breakfast, not a Buffet of Middle eastern food. Absolute worst television selections I have seen in Bangkok - they should spend a little more for premium channels other hotels have.

Good. They have a good kitchen. Petty mafia HOWEVER they are less a nuisance than before...i think the hotels are pressuring them and street life is improving.

Nothing at all! The six nights stay was the worst I have experienced in a Hotel in Bangkok. From the moment we checked in, we were given a room on the top floor and when I objected, the male at the reception desk were abrupt and not accommodating. He also asigned a room with a slippery bathtub shower, when I clearly requested a walk-in shower before arrival. This room had cockroaches and mites running all over the place. The AC only had one setting and when I once again requested a different room, I once again had to put up with the unaccomodating attitude of the reception staff. Finally when I demanded a refund, then suddenly, we could move to a different room with a walk in shower as shown in the photographs that advertise this hotel on-line. However, matters did not improve much. The bed linen was used and had bed-bugs biting me on the first night. I once again informed reception and they informed me that the matter will be attended to asap. When I returned from visiting my husband in hospital, nothing had been done to rectify the matter. I notified reception immediately and they claimed that they had changed the bedding. I insisted that it had not been done and the same male at reception argued and did not want to believe me, until I invited him to witness it himself. The matress protector had a ugly brownish/ yellowish stain on it as well. Only then was fresh bedlinen and a matress protector placed on the bed, while I witnessed the staff doing it. The shower only had cold water with no hot water no matter how long I have run the hot water tap. The Aircon pumped dust into the room and it was difficult to breathe. I will never return or recommend this hotel to anyone I know. I booked this hotel because of its location behind the Bumrungrad Hospital.

I've stayed at htis hotel multiple times in 2025 and in 2026. The location is fantastic. The staff instantly recognized and remembered me from my year earlier stays. They greeted me with smiles and hugs. This is my go to hotel in Bangkok. The entire street is full of friendly faces that treat me and my son and my girlfriend like family. I highly recommend this hotel. They were encountering some issues with the hot and cold water regulation in the showers on this visit that were not present on my 2025 visit. I'm sure they are addressing the problem.

staff was fine, omlate in breakfast was my savior it was not a 4 start hotel, its 3 star hotel. place had lack of noise absorbance and breakfast options were too limited. i was disappointed

Location for Bumrunggrad hospital access and access to Ploenchit BTS The bathroom shower mixer needs a revamp as the current mixer is very inefficient when it comes to hot and cold settings!!!

Directly across the street from Bumrungrad hospital. Value for the price, excellent. Helpful, friendly staff. Everything was excellent.

The front desk staff were exceptional. All of them were very helpful The place is a bit dated but that's to be expected from an older facility. Overall it was good though

Mattress was a little hard. Typical Thai mattress. Breakfast was good. Room was clean.

I found the combination of the air con and fridge quite noisy at night time. The good thing was the room was cool enough to turn off the Aircon before sleep and turn it back on when you wake up. It really sounded like an aeroplane taking off every 15 mins or so intermittently and the main noise was coming from the extractor fan outside the room on the locked balcony and the fridge was quite frustrating some nights.

Location Hot water problem. AC problem. Requests were overlooked. Staff denied to accept the AC problem and that delayed changing of the room.
