The hotel is great. It's in a fabulous location, very close to Sukhumvit Rd and many modes of transport. The staff were friendly and very helpful. They were also very accommodating when we decided to stay for a few extra nights. The breakfast was also good with a wide selection of options. Nothing really...overall it was a great experience and I am about to book another stay!

Location to BTS Updated review based on 2 stays. First stay was extremely disappointing. I arrived at 07.00 and had requested early check-in (and it was confirmed) due to traveling through the night. Check-in staff refused to give the room early unless an extra days payment was made. In the end waited for 5 hours to get my room. The rooms are fairly modern, but this hotel has a problem with adequate cleaning. Dirty carpets in the rooms, dusty shelves, dread to imagine what’s under the bed. Breakfast is adequate, but the hostess ladies are useless and rarely help when it is busy. The pool has more tiles missing than are attached, and a seriously dangerous deck. You are not allowed to take your own drinks to the pool, but they allow cigarette and weed smoking without challenge. If the place was managed properly this could be a good hotel. You get what you pay for here.. and there are better options right next door.

Really nice common areas including pool and bar area, fitness area was ok but fine I never had hot water for my shower for 3 days. 6th floor

Location is nice. Close to sukhumvit but far enough away for a peaceful sleep. Bfst buffet is very good. Staff is very nice. Very convenient to walk to end of road to back entrance of Benchakitti Park. It was specific to the room I was in but there was a funky odor in the room, especially when the aircon was not running (which hid the smell a bit). Seemed to be damp, the need to check the carpets and maybe the aircon filter.

The location is good, easy to walk to a great night market. Happy hour is great at the pool, it's a nice oasis to relax outside of the bustling city. Breakfast was good, lots of options with salad, fruit, eggs, veggie options, bread and curries or other Asian food options. The room was small and could have some attention paid to small details.

Galleria 10 Hotel Bangkok refused to work with customer in cancelling paid booking due to impacts from war in Middle East and cancellation/re-booking of flights by UAE airlines.
