Good hotel with all you need. Easy access to the streets, shops and restaurants. Early in the morning or mid night you can walk on the streets and shop as the city starts working from night till dawn. Nothing. Everything was good

The room is clean, nice city view, great location! The room is great space ,but the bathroom is a bit small, I mean shower sport! The curtain is quite funny design, every time when we take a shower, the water always split out side of the wet area! Get into the dry area! It would be better if they have a strong curtain that can keep water in the wet area!

The closeness of China town. The excavations in front of the hotel.

Location Nothing

Good Chinatown location. Very friendly, caring staff. Dining was a bit expensive, for example, $12 Canadian for French fries in the 360 sky bar/restaurant. Restaurant off lobby did not have western food options for lunch or dinner.

The staff and the location.

It’s close to almost all amenities and popular attractions. The female front desk receptionist was very rude to mention her name Sudarat, during our check-in. She was mean and had a very unwelcoming attitude. She needs to go back to school and learn what customer service is all about, cause it seems that her customer service is close to zero. On the other hand, the room where we stayed was perfect for the five of us. Very nice & comfortable.

Perfect location to be for the Chinese new year celebrations!

This hotel is little old but good value despite its age. We stayed in a junior suite so that we could have two beds in one room so our daughter could stay with us. The area is great, being on the edge of China town and there is a cool art street a short walk away. From some of the floors, you may be able to get a view of the river, mostly you get a nice few over downtown BANGKOK. The shower was a little basic, and if you are tall, you are liable to bang your head while you’re stood in the bath. Beware of the sponsor tuktuk drivers outside the hotel and they’re 50 baht tour of the sites, which includes a visit to a sponsor (Jewelry, Thai fashion etc)

The pool was closed for renovations during our stay.

Nice staff, competent, efficient, and friendly. Cozy rooms, though aged. At the edge of center Yaowarat, a little bit of a walk.
