Heaven Boutique Hotel

Good Location. Close to BTS and Lumpini Park. The cafe in the lobby is nice. The people were friendly.

Everything except the mattress-it was way too hard! The mattress….very hard!

Location Breakfast was good. It was very clean. The bed was super hard like a plank. It wasn’t a proper mattress. It was way too loud at night. The noise from the bar owned by the hotel made it impossible to sleep. The breakfast system in was weird. Having to tell them when we’ll be eating on the night before was annoying. Vacations are hard to plan and it made it hard to sleep in.

Location was good. Stayed here for atleast a week and as soon as I checked in here and get my self settled in to my room. TV was not working already and it seems like it was not fully ready for me, and the shower head while I was using it, it dropped on my head and that’s already a safety hazard, luckily it did not give any bruises, or my head did not bleed. I went down right away to inform them about the situation. Instead of accessing the room first they want me to move to another room thats smaller and does not match what I booked. Was not really happy about it. I have asked them if they can check the room first. And they said it’ll take days to fix it, and then they asked me to have my bags at the smaller room, I did not like it. Told them honestly and politely that would they’ve able to fix the other room instead of them telling me to jump around rooms for the next couple of days of my stay here. After 30mins. they have fixed the TV and the shower head, how simple was that, wanted my vacation here to be nice and relaxing. Very frustrating, they already jumped to conclusion to just send me to a different room instead of fixing the situation first.

I actually did not get to Bangkok so although I stayed in this awesome hotel in the recent past I did not stay this time. No additional information but on my first stay I had nothing but good things to say about the place

Good location, friendly staff, breakfast was okay (only American options) and the rooftop was very cool. The room was very nice, great bathroom. It smelled like “old”, the bed had no mattress it was like flat with some “soft” cover and gave us back pain (don’t know if it’s a regular thing in Bangkok but definitely didn’t help).

Staff are unfriendly. They could provide that +1 that almost all Thai people have. Girls that clean and serve breakfast are polite, and the reception staff are "Meeeh," no smile at all. Room cleaning is a bit failed if you stay too long in the room.

Staff was friendly. Rooms are spacious and clean. And there was an awesome rooftop restaurant and bar. There was not much I did not like about the property. In fact, I can’t think of anything.

The lights went out for a long period and there was no physical key to enter the room. They had no backup plan. The staff was not helpful at all and at times not even available. The cleaning crew were playing in the room when they were supposed to be cleaning.

Everything is great except by the time that i stayed they are on construction on the 7th floor until night time. and Bed

The place was under some renovations so it was some disturbing noise.

The staffs are so nice and accommodating. I informed them that I might arrive late cuz i’m far from BKK and I requested if it’s okay for them to accept my order thru grabfood even if i am not yet there. And they’re okay with it. The food and service are good as well. The ac has weird sound and the wall of the room is kinda dirty. You can see hand marks on it. Kinda weird. ?

Nice and clean Hotel

not much I did not get the room in the photos. room reaks of cigarettes. I ask for water and a staff tried to enter my room. bed was very hard and very uncomfortable. I really could not get over the smell all of my things and clothes smell awful now

Staff was friendly and accommodating. The room had a mini fridge and kettle. The bathroom was clean and had hot water. Anytime i asked them to clean it, our room was ready when we got back from our excursions. We loved the rooftop bar ? to have a quick drink before going out. The Bangkok bank was a 10-minute walk. Street food is everywhere. Transport was super easy to get to, and there are convenience stores everywhere, too. It was a clean room, but the beds were stiff. The closet had hangers but no pole to hang them on. The safe box didn't work, but I always have locks for my bags and suitcases, not a big deal. The shower may have a safety stop in the drain bc water would fill the shower floor after 2 mins.
