The location is excellent , the staff members are magnificent besides the manager lady on the front desk , the food and breakfast options are excellent also the staff members very comforting and helpful . The introduction of the booking with the manager lady at the reception was a total nightmare the worst welcome that I have ever received, we were clearly booked in with two rooms with half board and conveniently to her their policy does not include children , the argument went on for longer then 30 min with no aid or solution also claiming that she is the highest of members there’s no superior to her . Take in consideration this is at 9 pm after an exhausting flight I’ve never had this confusion in 20 years of traveling we always book half board rooms , I was so furious with the service that I received ended up having a restless night . Fortunately the next morning we were re welcomed by the male manager apologizing for the abrupt managing of our welcome . Thank god we did not see that unprofessional manager again during our stay and other than her the staff members were amazing .

Check in time was horrible, half of us got our rooms, that other half didn't get their rooms till 4pm

The hotel location was perfect, only 2-3 mins walking to Sky train station. There are also a lot of massage centres nearby along the street. 2-3 shopping malls and convenient stores nearby. There are a few hotels there with many tourists, the street is very lively. If the breakfast choices having more Thai style main dishes or dessert, it will be great!
