The room was comfortable and spotless . The public areas especially at the top floors are in dire need of maintenance. Carpets are torn and walls are in need of painting . The Gym could do with renovations. It is old and the equipment is basic and dated.

The property’s location is perfect. It’s right beside commercial centers which offer a wide variety of retail and dining options. The property needs to be refurbished. The common comfort rooms are dirty.

There were many staff on hand to help, and we get the help we needed very quickly. For what we paid, it's fair value. Facilities were pretty dated, room carpet felt musky. The fire alarm went off not due to a fire but some malfunction (from the kitchen?). Took a while to get sorted out. In the meantime, the lifts were halted and we couldn't get up/down. From another guest, this fire alarm went off a couple days before as well. Seems like an ongoing issue.

Quiet Cleanliness was lacking and towels old. Our bathroom was not cleaned well. Replacement of towels were insufficient. Had to call everyday to remind them of the replacement of towels hand towels that we would put on the floor for replacement

The area is next to the mall and BTS!! So convenient? The reception is in ninth floor, better to be at the first floor.

Staff were so friendly and helpful always. Breakfast was amazing. The room was very comfy. Location was really good and easy to get about. Facilities were fantastic too.
