House keeping had to come and basically clean my room again when I checked in because they initially missed so many spots. The front desk staff does not speak English. I feel like maybe since they don't speak English, they tried to purposely ignore me and look away every time I walked by to avoid conversation. It was a very weird vibe for a place like Thailand where people go out of their way to be friendly.

It's in the Central area, easy to access to places but no public transportation (like BTS/MRT) nearby. It's located in the congested alley, limited parking slot so you have to inform the hotel prior to check-in in case you need more than 1 parking.

Room was amazingly clean... I wish the mattress was 1 instead of 2...the side of the 2 mattress at the center made it hard to hug my wife...

See Nothing Deposit 1000 thb. On booking there is no information about it. 3% comission if pay via card. No toilet on first floor No plants No switching on air conditioning in administration area. Not clean shower area. Not friendly staff

The staff were friendly, there were shops nearby such as 7/11, it was decent for what we paid for. Paid for a triple room but one of the beds was smaller and cramped. It was quite out of the way.

Staff no friendly and even the boss also no keep the promise cheat people deposit ! Even at the lobby air-cond also no open for guest. And even is the budget hotel need to collect 1000baht deposit which is room price for per night . All the surrounding mostly is Chinese steamboat . No nearby centre and no convenient for leisure .

Such a homey and cozy place. I loved our stay here. If you want to stay in a quiet neighborhood, this is the spot. Staff were so friendly and helpful, rooms were clean, the pillows are so soft and big (just how I like it!). Us girls really felt safe here. The bar beside the property is so chill and even made friends with the locals there. 711 is right across, family mart is on the same street, the station is just a 10 min walk, and a money changer (with good rates) is a 7 min walk. When I return to bangkok, I’ll definitely stay here again It’s perfect
