The staff was really nice, even though there was a little bit of a language barrier (their English needs a bit of improving) Hygiene is not good at all, there was mold and their cleaning was not done correctly. When asked for a refund, they denied even when I said that I would pay the previous night that was stayed. The breakfast was not looking good at all, the cleanliness is practically non-existent. I had to go to another place just because of this.

Very close to the mrt station. Breakfast was downstairs and cheap. Really noisy outside but most of Bangkok is like that.

The location and facilities were excellent. Very clean too. An awesome breakfast with a variety of food to choose from. Extremely polite, friendly, and helpful staff available to assist with all requests 24/7. I also received an amazing gesture, a card wishing me a happy birthday, and a delicious cake. :) Thank you for everything, friends. See you again! Nothing to call out.

The only minus is a slow canalization system. The water is flush out slowly from the cink and the bath. But i noticed that this is a whole Bangkok problem not just in the hotel.

Breakfast was ok but the kids did not enjoy the options. Maybe more around fruit and cereal selections. Bacon was also not crispy enough.

Location Internet connection, it can be improved in the rooms too unstable and slow for working. Restaurant a bit out of date and unfortunately the rooftop swimming pool area is completely without a proper service, no staff at the bar.

+welcoming staff at the doors and on the desk. + room was comfortable. + shower was very good. + breakfast was decent. - driving to the hotel is difficult, down narrow streets with a LOT of traffic to deal with. - parking was not great. The car park was small and not easy to get into. - on our second day of breakfast we came down later in the morning. Little was done to refresh what was offered (only 1 person on duty) so I missed out on some of the things I’d have liked. - the toilet was a tiny space next to the shower. Not a lot of room for someone as tall as me and when water from the shower leaked into the space, it meant you had cold water at your feet. Not ideal.

Great value for the price and all areas are clean. I was disappointed with the price of laundry. It was very expensive.
