Kitzio House Hotel

The staff was great. When I asked about upgrading they took me to look at 3 rooms. I chose the deluxe double. It was of moderate size but had a larger bathroom then the other two. After getting to know my way around the village like area I had no problem getting around. It's like a local Thai village or neighborhood within Huai Khwang. And near the MRT. When I asked about a local Laundry the staff had no idea though there was a wash and dry a block away.

Spacious rooms and showers, very clean and cozy, Staff is just super, we got a very nice and helpful girl, we were a large company and rented several rooms, they were all excellent. The location of the hotel was very convenient for me because it was quiet, even during the Songkram holiday. There is a shop and laundry nearby, many restaurants.

Everything is great, we rented different types of rooms for a large company, everyone was delighted. It’s convenient that there’s a laundry, shops, cafes nearby and it’s quiet around.

The staffers were very pleasant and eager to help out. The hotel is not on the main street, so it was very quiet. The bed was nice and firm and the sheets smelled fresh. Two bottles of water are provided daily The shower was one of those with the small water heater attached to the shower wall. The water pressure was low and the water temperature was no veryt warm. The floor was a bit dusty near the edges. It was cleaned, but not so thoroughly.

the location was easy to find. near the mrt (you just have to walk for 10 mins) room is clean and neat, i liked the minamalist design of the room the room has a side table that you can do a little bit of work. bed is very comfortable staff are very hospitable and accomodating (did not get the lady duty that night) the night i checked-in it was raining, and the street is flooded up to the ankle. around 12 in the midninght there was this loud sound coming from the ac. it was very distracting. the loud sound was on and off. i did not inform the frontdesk and i am really tired. i just put my earphones to reduce the noise.

The staff is really nice. Especially , girl at night I could not adjust the temperature of air con , it kept 21-23 c for all night, it’s too cold for me

Hotel offer reasonable price and feel private and quite place Room cleaning should be serve as once for two day. Trash can was full in day 2 and faced a bit problem for throwing rubbish
