Told property was a 5 star property....many small details show that 4stars at tops for money paid. Lounge access was good not great. Left over chicken pandan wraps over cooked and left from prior day banquet floor. Omelet station at breakfast kept reusing pan without wiping out dried burnt egg from each order..2 days in a row. Missed the 5 star turn down service

Location and Staff It is supposed to be five star hotel. It had no business center and computers. You have to pay 31 Bhat to print one paper. Seriously??? What we get easily in three star hotel in US, we can not get in 5 star hotel. What a pity? They do not have a microwave in the room. It is not a luxury. It is a necessity. It should not be considered as five star hotel

Nobody take care customer invoice, both Booking and property. I already state that purpose of trip is business. There is no customer service from hotel and booking support although I raise many request support. Such a shame support from booking, I will never use booking for further business trip

The breakfast is amazing The water was clean, hot, and the pressure was the best I have ever had in a hotel. All the staff were super nice and happy to help. The room was a standard hotel room and needed some repairs, but it was very comfortable

I wish there is a separate halal or kosher section food for the breakfast. Or a separate vegan option. That would mean a lot.

We loved Takumi Restaurant, the quality of the food and the SUPERB service of Nicha, Phoom and also Jek, Noika, Nink and Aung Aing. We actually asked Nicha and Phoom to be in a photo with us. We also appreciated the help of the Concierge who said he had worked at the Hotel for many years. The pool area was a delight. The water pressure in the shower was better than anywhere we have stayed in Bangkok in 20 years.

The Hotel was really nice, with good breakfast, buffet options and bar. The staff was very friendly and helpful, elevators really quick.
