the location was nice, we had an event at Ratchada mall so it was only like 10 min/ less walk to the shopping mall. The staff is really helpful. The bathroom and the shower, i mean it's not bad but the sink is so small, I could not put anything on it like my toiletries etc. however, room was clean and staff was kind. The lift was so small and you cannot breath in there.

The housekeeper was way too loud in the morning around like 8-9 am.. even her Line jingle ruined my quiet start to the day.

Location and room are good. There is no any gym, swimming pool is not good. Staffs is not good. I never stay any hotel that front desk staff has a frowning face every single day.

Really aesthetic lobby, I liked that it was close to a class I was taking. My AC started leaking at 2am, they came and fixed it but some of my clothes were ruined. The bed was super hard like an ironing board. Unfortunate because the bedding was actually nice.

The only place to have a drink was a Starbucks Cafe. No bar as such. The hotel seems to cater predominantly for Chinese tour groups.

The staff was amazing, so helpful and just so down to earth and good natured. Atmosphere was amazing...nice to grab a cup of coffee and sit and relax in the lobby The breakfast could be a little better but good for the price.
