For doing dental @ BIDC (shares the same building) it is unbeatable. Also nice to have a 24-hour front desk, and quite friendly. Room service from on-premises MaxiR restaurant was also good - nice menu, reasonable prices, great staff. Housekeeping very thorough and diligent. There was only 1 bedside stand (should be 2) and only 1 chair (should be 2).

Daytime girl at the front desk was great, knowledgeable, saved me taxi fare, and 1 or 2 little issues were resolved immediately. Other front desk workers very helpful. All spoke English. Restaurant next store was awesome, really good food, great price and smiling staff.9 english speaking channels with great movies. Came in early so was offered a room next to the highway, very noisy to sleep. When my room became available I was switched and it was fantastic.

Front desk staff Win and other female front desk staff was very excellent and informative and very easy to ttalk to. The location made things very conveniently situated to travel by the subway and the rail system. Windows need to be sealed better to keep the constant car traffic noise out and the bottom of all doors needs to have something added so the bottoms so the space under the doors does not allow bugs or noise into the room.

Very close to BIDC where I was undergoing dental surgery Easy access to Metro and shopping at The Street and Big C That they would only allow me to have one toilet roll per day and one bath mat. No access to satellite tv.

Location is right beside BIDC complex - great if you need a stay in Bangkok while doing some dentist visits next door :) Right on the other side is Kuang Seafood restaurant - a very good location to eat some fresh seafood (view at rooftop is great in evening) Friendly and helpful reception! Room was very spacious and clean, bed comfy and bath had good shower :) I really cant say anything bad here, and would really stay here another time in future.

the staff was great and place was clean. We requested a quiet room and it was a room with no window which was fine just the place right when we went in smelled a little damp and musty. Turning on the air conditioner really helped that. It is located in a very convenient area and the price can’t be best. I’d stay there again!

Very helpful and friendly staff, especially Mat. Well worn, our room was on the road side of the hotel and quite noisy. The was jackhammering going on until 10PM.
